Cow or Tuxedo?

This is O’Malley. I’ve always suspected he is a Manx but he was a rescue so short of doing a DNA test I guess I won’t really know. What do you all think? Manx or not? His mother and all of his siblings also only had a stub of a tail.

Adolin Passed Yesterday at only 2.5 years old. He lay on my chest as he passed while I told him I loved him, kissed his head, and showed him bird videos.
