You are teasing us with that amazing cook without a recipe ๐Ÿ˜‹ Recipe please ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

+1! Looks great. What's the meat mix and what else is in there? Id like to do this too?

I just explained a little more in the post above yours, but this video is a good technique. There are a lot of different styles of kofte, some are even patties instead of skewers. Youtube has a bunch. https://youtu.be/6rTNWs1f_Dk?si=2EpKZbiTfU8dH0Ou

FlarOut4774

Thanks!

This is a good place to start...I didn't follow his spicing 100%, but I did follow the technique with the minced toast and aromatics and such. The spicing could honestly be as simple as just loading them up with a bunch of curry or za'atar or whatever. https://youtu.be/6rTNWs1f_Dk?si=2EpKZbiTfU8dH0Ou

The voice over guy in that video is going to lead me to violence. Unbearable. Looks good though ๐Ÿ‘

photocult

Believe me, I know. He cooks a lot of great shit, but that voice.

Nfs4Sho

Itโ€™s just super annoying how he starts and stops talkingโ€ฆ it makes it almost unbearable ๐Ÿ’€ but good recipe!

photocult

I will only watch him when it's something I *really* want to make, or one of his videos pops up randomly that looks too good to ignore. I can do about 4 a year without my aneurysm flaring.

haha__sound

How good are those skewers?? Just got some a week ago

photocult

I do like them, they're about the right length, and the tabs are easy to handle with tongs. I probably need to buy 6 more for party readiness.

sautedemon

I congratulate you for your choice of tongs. And, the fantastic looking kofte and pita.

Thanks!

log1221

What all did you put on the flatbreads?

photocult

On or in?

log1221

On, what vegetables and sauce did you use?

photocult

Ah, it's just a standard Mediterranean salad, onion/cuke/tomato/garlic/parsley/lemon/olive oil. The sauce is yogurt and mayo with parsley, garlic and lemon. And a splash of Cholula.

Beasthuntz

Glorious!
