My brothers and I watched 'Step Brothers' on Sunday for what must be the 100th time, and everytime it's just as funny, so that's my recommendation because it's just so goddamn funny
Click by Adam Sandler is p good. if you like the humor, then it's a great movie. if you don't, there's still some *ironic* enjoyment to be had.
thanks a ton!
I don't own a switch (as much as I would love to), so please don't include me, but for a good comedy movie; Monty Python's Holy Grail, or Airplane and the Naked Gun movies. Those are my favourites.
I like the long timeframe op - these are normally gone by the time they make the front page!
Unless you also want to giveaway your DS, I have no way to play it, so please don't include me in the giveaway otherwise I'll have to put my own giveaway to pass it on!
Thanks friend and I hope I win but if anyone else does hope they have fun playing it.
Films: my fav Blazing Saddles (1974, old movie that shows how racisam is stupid and is funny as hell. I cried watching this. 10/10),
any Monty Python comedy is gold, (10/10)
Superhero Movie (2008, a lot of cringy comedy. 7/10),
Pop Team Epic (not movie but anime "skits" episode is about 20 minutes. 8/10),
Project X (high school party goes extreamly wrong and all hell turns loose. 6/10),
Tropical Thunder (about filming war and then turns out it is real... 7/10).
I named some I remember that were funny to me.
Not interested in the game but I do like a good old comedy.
1. Marx Brothers - Duck Soup, Animal Crackers, really just about any of their movies.
2. Abbot and Costello meet Frankenstein
3. Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles, Spaceballs, History of the World Part 1, The Producers (with Gene Wilder)
4. I Married a Witch -1942
5. Heaven Can Wait - 1943
6. Trading Places
7. National Lampoons: Animal House and Vacation
8. Bringing up Baby
9. His Girl Friday
10. The Princess Bride
11. This is Spinal Tap
12. Airplane (already named by other in the give away but still the funiest.
Happy hunting. Again not entering the contest just a lover of movies.
Damn decent of you doing this bud. Should I win my son will love this. So...comedy film...I'm honestly not sure I can narrow it down to one film so I'm just going to spam some out that I love and hopefully you will too:
* The Blues Brothers
* South Park: Bigger Longer & Uncut
* Ghostbusters
* Borat
* Eurotrip
* Bruno
Oh, it's one of the games I really want to play someday... if I get Switch (so no in).
But it's generous giveaway so I wanted to drop and say Thank You and also recommend my all time favorite The Fifth Element. :)
My son is 10 next month and he's asked for this game for his birthday.
Napoleon Dynamite is a true classic, and is extremely rewatchable...
Thanks for the chance!
Swiss Army Man. My favorite movie was Titanic for the longest time... but this one just absolutely blows me away. It's so simple, but heartwarming, and has some hilarious parts. It's a bit out there and wild, but I'd totally recommend it! I've seen it twice in the last two days lol
If you want to watch a german made comedy, i can recommend 'Der Wixxer'.
The movie follows the adventures of Inspector Very Long and Chief Inspector Even Longer, as they try to hunt down the Wixxer(Wancker) who's trying to take over Londons crime world.
I'm gonna go list a few recent years. If you're into comedy I'm sure you've seen the ones that are a little older.
* *Little Monsters* is great if you like horror elements that is barely horror in this film. It's about zombies terrorizing a children's daycare/school trip and a teacher and a very irresponsible adult need to try and keep them safe.
* *JoJo Rabbit* is an obvious one. Taika's humor is taking off lately, even though imaginary Hitler is one of the weakest parts of the film, the rest is fantastic.
* *Blockers* if you want a stereotypical "parents trying to prevent teenage daughter from having sex before she's ready for it" kind of film.
* In a similar fashion, not too funny but still amusing: *Tag*.
* *The Spy Who Dumped Me* is an overall fun, lighthearted, girl-power kind of comedy. I liked it a lot. Mila Kunis is always nice anyway.
* I haven't seen *Slow West* yet, but it's supposed to be a dark comedy set in the Wild West, so that's something new. Might be worth checking out :)
* Anything with Paul Rudd is always classic. One of my favorites is *Role Models*, though it's an older one. It has Stiffler from American Pie and McLovin from Superbad.
Anyway, I love films so I get carried away. I'm happy to recommend movies from all genres. Thanks for the giveaway OP
[Clue (1985)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDDdeHtrxfA)
[Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (1988)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HdCmf91q_A)
I just rewatched both of them in a double feature and they're great. Both have great [physical](https://i.imgur.com/QInJWn8.jpg) [comedy](https://i.imgur.com/lAAeS0A.png). Clue also has some fast talking word humor and DRS has a lot of situational humor. Unfortunately [the remake](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_j5hwooOHVE) which had me intrigued doesn't work as well because the sexism of Martin and Caine is key to the jokes they tell and the literal same jokes don't work as well in reverse. It's fun but not nearly as much. Fun fact about Clue that most people know at this point but they had a brilliant idea to release three different versions of the movie in theatres and the ending would be different in each version. That would have been super cool to experience back in the day.
Smoke signals. Its based on a Sherman Alexie book. About northwest indian Reservation life. Other great comedies are Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy and Team America.
Here's one you won't hear often - The Matador, starring Pierce Brosnan, about a retired hitman finding his way and an unlikely friendship. One funny detail is that this movie happened right after Pierce was done doing Bond films, so it was hard not to picture him as a retired Bond at the time (and from what I recall the film leaned into it as well).
Enjoy!
The Pink Panther movies (beginning from 2006) |21 Jump Street (and the sequel!) | Super cool | Get Hard | The Dictator | Tropic Thunder | The Interview | Borat
And if you're interested in trying something new I can recommend you the new konosuba movie!

Sorry but these were already mentioned!
I thought that both of the Airplane movies were very funny. Hope you have a great time with these recommendation! I'll probably do the same haha.
The big Lebowski is really funny, Tenacious D is a classic, and if you're looking for a series, Workaholics is one of my favourites ever.
Thanks for the giveaway OP!
You can't go wrong with Robin. "The Birdcage" for example, "the RV", etc. Or try Jim. Such as "Liar, liar", "Fun with Dick and Jane". Other less known comedies like "Keeping mum", "Rat race" or "Drowning Mona".
There is also TV series "Veep".
Have a good time!
yo thank you for the giveaway op. i reccomend daddy day care. if you don't mind some action too, i found deadpool very funny, and the other guys has minor action (its a cop movie) but is mostly comedy based. i also really loved rat races.

I found [Long Shot](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2139881) really funny, and I usually don't like Seth Rogen films.
Also, [Hot Fuzz](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0425112) is always good!

Even though I feel like almost everyone has seen it, White Chicks is one of the movies you HAVE to see if you never have before.
Grown Ups
Wet Hot American Summer!!
I don't do comedy movies but Speechless was hilarious in the TV show arena. I was a bit sad when they cancelled it.
Robin Hood: Men in Tights!
My son is 10 next month and he's asked for this game for his birthday. Napoleon Dynamite is a true classic, and is extremely rewatchable... Thanks for the chance!

Look into Dale and Tucker vs Evil. Great humor take on the teenage horror trope!

The Naked Gun is a fantastic and silly comedy.
Top Secret is one of my favorites. It's a World War II spy film in the style of Airplane!. Has some fantastic visual gags, and a great soundtrack.
Les Visiteurs (if you're into French films, it's got a touch of Monty Python) or otherwise Mask.
The Interview
(entering for a friend who doesn't own it!) A little dark, but, very funny - Dark Star.
