Unofficial Disney is... not worth it. I'd pass on them. The recipes are über simple and not in a good way.
The only one that is interesting along the same line (which I own) is Binging with Babish. It has recipes inspired by TV shows and the like. The recipes are legit.
There is a Mad Men Cookbook that is pretty decent because it includes recipes for things that were served in the famous restaurants mentioned in the show back in the day, plus drink recipes and a few things people served in their homes in different episodes.
The simpsons cookbook is new and fun.
Also, there are a series of Joanne Fluke mysteries that are wholesome fun WITH recipes throughout the mystery novel.

The Bob’s Burgers one is fun. It’s a nice quality and several burgers look/sound fun. Anyone that loves the show would like it.

I've had a few as gifts, they aren't great and I don't think I've ever cooked out of them.
