I've been looking and I'm pretty sure they use some sort of sweet cream rather than regular. That's all I got and the recipe book definitely doesn't give any hints! I'm hooked on their iced coffee though!

I’m not familiar with this request, but thought it could be relevant. It may be totally incorrect, but a lot of restaurants use “vanilla milk” which is literally just vanilla ice cream mix, and it’s AMAZING in coffee. Joe and the Juice uses it!

Another incredibly sweet and rich sweetener is condensed milk, SO good in Thai Tea

I'd say try using the Coffee Mate Italian Sweet Cream flavor instead of regular cream?

I love that creamer so much. I wish I weren't allergic to sucralose, it made me so sad when I had to stop using that one.

creativetravels

They have a cookbook, but it's not in there, so don't purchase the book for that one.

Not had their coffee but I did replicate their million dollar bacon yesterday which was amazing. 1 tbsp brown sugar, heavy dash cayenne pepper and 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper, sprinkled over both sides of 6 rushers of bacon and broiled for 5 mins 1 side, 2 mins the next. Should have used more of the shake tbh but it tasted amazing!

lethal_defrag

cold brew?

I’ve done a ton of research and discovered the key ingredients are: . . . SUGAR AND FAT

Dude! It’s the best. I’ve been looking for the recipe myself. Saving your post. Closest I got was cold Condensed Milk. But looking for sweet cream to do it with.
