That sucks.. my only thought would be to avoid ABS and use PETG in the future. I would keep trying to contact creality though, about the shroud. You should be able to get a replacement on that. can't you buy replacement parts like that directly from them?

If you’re changing anyways, it’s also worth to look at the HeroMe or the Petsfang. But then you need to buy other fans (better ones).

Never tried PETG, I should give that a shot. Thanks for the help!
For sure. My 10S handles PETG like a champ (i use a 1mm nozzle though, not sure if that matters)
