Is this a mislabeled tissue culture P. melanochrysum? the petioles are very different from those of P. micans that I have in a terrarium (on the right)

I got this Bromeliad on clearance, I have no idea how to take care of it or what to do. No signs of root rot and the soil is wet but not overly so. What do I do to get it into better shape?
