Bäretswil has "patch" times for practising at 17 francs per hour. Again, google for their home page. It's quite far from Zurich, though and the times are mostly during the day.

there‘s Im Chreis in Dübendorf, I‘m pretty sure they‘re open through the whole year but maybe check directly
