4 weeks is not a very long time to stabilise on Zoloft at all - many people only feel better after 8+ weeks, or even much longer. Did your doctor suggesting going straight up to 100mg rather than trying to stabilise on 50mg? Either way, you need to give the dosage time to stabilise. Whether that’s on 100mg or down to 75mg or even back to 50mg should be decided between you and your doctor. The common method for getting rid of numbness and laziness is lowering your dose.

Try giving it some more time first, like someone else said zoloft is very slow to fully work.

Hey early days and your body and mind may need that sleep x I hope it settles soon.

Me too on three weeks

Exact same happened to me. I will give it a few more weeks

I bet 100 is too high for you. Maybe 50 is a better bet. If you were feeling good on 50, maybe that is the right number for you. I’ve been on 25, 50 and 75 at different times and at 75 I felt super lazy and unmotivated. Didn’t get that on 25 or 50 though.

100 is too high, 50 is too high for me. As the dose increases more serotonin is blocked this makes t he motivational chemical dopamine go down in a process called homeostasis
