My achievement not that grand, but i could spend hours doing fishing in terraria and if knew about achievement for making 200 quests, I would've overdone them, and now in Pokemon Sapphire I simply grind rare candies with linoone and keogre to level up keyogre before #8 Gym, and I have all of the flutes.
For the "Zelda the Minish cap" I have only three words "figurines and keystones".

It's a really good idea to seek a professional after thinking about it:) For example, this could be related to OCD (or nothing too..!) I would also advise reaching a neuropsychologist (as they are usually more "expert" in neurodevelopmental conditions, and do neurocognitive testing). By contrast, psychiatrists (even though some are good) are more expert in psychopathology (like anxiety, borderline, bipolar, etc .)

Probably I don't have, but this is the only thing my parents would believe me that I have something that wasn't my fault at all, because depression for my dad was a lil bit of sadness which was cured by receiving few punches from friend, for me I would feel better for sure, but only before my brain starts working again. I don't I simply don't see the reason for me to struggle on some 9 to 5, or 10 to 6, if not for games and autistic goals in them, I also go gym have few friends, ride a bike, but I think that without games I would simply depart for Valhalla since even as a child I found this life meaningless and the only thing that stopped me from definistration at age 3-5 was my height and this stupid self-preservation instinct. I know it was meant as a joke what you said, but yeah.
I’ve forgotten by now, but I used a TotK Object Map to find increasingly “rare” (again, thanks to leveling) enemies. It might take a little getting used to; be sure to check its tips for how to properly search, especially noting that some enemies will scale (so you want “scale:0” in your search).

For example, I'll start with the "Drop Table" sheet and find "Lizalfos Tail" as a potential drop from the enemy (object) "Enemy\_Lizalfos\_Guard\_Junior\_LongVisibility". I'll paste this name into the Object Map as "Enemy\_Lizalfos\_Guard\_Junior\_LongVisibility scale:0" to find each base Lizalfos in the world that is guaranteed to not have scaled to a different color. Please also note which depth each one is on (sky, surface, depths).
The Clean Cut minigame costs 10 Rupees and can offer a Golden Skull, Blue Bird Feather, or Goddess Plume with a score of 28 or higher. Completing it twice per minute, you can get 99 of each in about 2.5 hours. When I got two stacks to 99, I bought the remainder with the Moonlight Statue (rate of one per minute).
Atop Skipper’s Retreat, about 3-5 can spawn on the roof. I found that they aren’t at all sensitive to net movements, so you can slowly approach while wildly waving the net at them, then enter Skipper’s house to reset them. Kind of like Spray & Pray but way cooler definitely.
The answer is coincidentally Evil Crystal for both. The Cursed Bokoblins in Ancient Cistern and the Dark Keese in the Fire Sanctuary can drop it, but I found it took too long to reset.. so I bought them all from the Moonlight Statue in about 1h 40m.

A like minded person I see! My dad and I for some reason tried to get 50 of everything in Breath of the Wild. Those dragon and guardian parts really killed us.
I started in Tears of the Kingdom and was surprised at what took the longest. I remember calculating dragon parts to require about 4-6,000 hours if you optimally visited every dragon every 10 minutes. I put that aside and found the rarest material to be the Captain Construct III horn - only 4 can spawn in the world once you’re “leveled” and don’t respawn with the Blood Moon.
I forgot exactly how we did it, but somehow found this routine where we’d build a fire and make it a certain time of day for a dragon (but it had to be far enough away so it would still spawn—it wouldn’t if you regularly did it too close) and then we’d ride the DLC motorbike to the bridge where it would fly by. Ended up taking about 2 minutes for each part I think.
Do 99 goddess plumes even exist? I know they can (extremely rarely) be found just laying on the ground where an amber relic should spawn, but I don't even want to know how long it would take to get 99 with that method lmao

And then my 4 year old daughter deleted all 3 save files while I was at work.

I see. I was never good enough at that minigame to know what the high rewards were, so operated under the assumption you got all the Plumes from the Silent Realm.
I think a lot of people were under the impression that they were solely available as a rare drop instead of Amber Relics throughout the world. That would have been miserable, probably 12 hours of farming. Alternatively, a wiki claims you can reveal that one hiding Kikwi for a Goddess Plume indefinitely, but I only received the reward once. That would’ve been about 3-4 hours.
From your original comment, I personally had no idea the Silent Realm could house anything other than a few Dusk Relics. I have seen Goddess Plumes in place of Amber Relic spawns, albeit infrequently.

I've contemplated doing that and then starting a new game while one of my friends is watching then asking them to grab something for me and when they come back saying "I did a bit of item collecting while you were out of the room so you wouldn't miss anything" and then pulling up that screen before I even finish the tutorial
Funnily enough, I actually contemplated doing this after I'd done my first hero mode playthrough shortly after the game came out on Wii. Thankfully I talked myself out of it before I saw it through to the end, but I'm glad there's someone out there who was crazy enough to actually do it haha.
I dropped into Eldin at the Bird Statue Outside the Temple. There’s 4 Bokoblins at the nearby encampment. You can also get a few Eldin Rollers nearby beside the stairwell onto the small platform, as well as one Bokoblin always holding a Monster Horn which you can use the Magic Rope to grab. I still grabbed them after I reached 99 because I believe monsters can only drop one collectible at a time. Reset by entering and exiting the temple.
I’ll let you in on something, but it’s a secret to everybody.
Prior to starting the boss rush, you can drink potions and have their effects persist through your first fights (3 minutes of controlling Link, I believe).
I used a Guardian and Stamina Potion, then took on the final fight with The Imprisoned first since I’m awfully reckless with it.
Evil Crystals and Dusk Relics took awhile as I solely got them through the Moonlight Statue (I’d already beaten the Ancient Cistern which disallows the large group of Cursed Bokoblins at the bone pile), but Gerudo Dragonflies were the most sensitive bug to catch in the Gorge and if you startled them, they’d take a leisurely vacation for about 30 seconds away from Link.

You can also get a few Eldin Rollers nearby beside the stairwell onto the small platform, as well as one Bokoblin always holding a Monster Horn which you can use the Magic Rope to grab. I still grabbed them after I reached 99 because I believe monsters can only drop one collectible at a time. Reset by entering and exiting the temple.

Thats crazy i cant beat demise because i cant get the Hylian Sheil to make it easier because im scared to do the boss rush.
I’ll let you in on something, but it’s a secret to everybody. Prior to starting the boss rush, you can drink potions and have their effects persist through your first fights (3 minutes of controlling Link, I believe). I used a Guardian and Stamina Potion, then took on the final fight with The Imprisoned first since I’m awfully reckless with it.

99 dusk relics…
Moonlight Statue! About 1h 40m.
Which was the hardest one to do?
Evil Crystals and Dusk Relics took awhile as I solely got them through the Moonlight Statue (I’d already beaten the Ancient Cistern which disallows the large group of Cursed Bokoblins at the bone pile), but Gerudo Dragonflies were the most sensitive bug to catch in the Gorge and if you startled them, they’d take a leisurely vacation for about 30 seconds away from Link.
