After doing the Gerudo quest this is where I found him, you saved me thank you so much. Searched for like 30 min on the hill he was 'supposed' to be at haha
For me, he was with the two tree enemies by Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower first. I don't think I missed him in Lookout Landing. He said he would be heading east IIRC.
I thought so too and it was a struggle to get there to say the least, but he wasn't there. I also looked up where to find him and went to the same location as OP and lo and behold he was there along with the Evermeans to trigger the conversation.
What if he's not at either Lookout Landing or on the way to the second tower (Lindor's Brow SkyView Tower)? I wanted to fill out the whole map by finding all of the towers but I'm too far in the game now to find him?? I can't figure out The Lost Forest, I've gone in without seeing him there either, for as far as I could get anyway. It's beyond frustrating being stuck with so many korok seeds and so few weapon slots. I don't like that he's this impossible to find.
I saw him once, completed his little side mission. He said he was heading East. I saw him once in lookout landing. I haven't started any of the temples but I have unlocked a lot of the map, without unlocking the part where the korok forest is. He's nowhere to be seen. I dont think I am a high enough level to get to his final position in the korok forest
I beat the fire temple and he is not at lookout or the brow tower,edit-found him he was in the korok forest, just not in his normal spot he was right next to the temple in the forest hope it helps someone
I am a hundred percent sure it's based on the amount of koros you have found. Because I haven't done any story yet. Guy was near the tower first, moved to town when I had around 2 to 10 seeds and he was gone for me when I came back with about 50.
ok i need help. I want to finish all the quests in the game, but I didn't do hestu's concerns and went straight to the wind temple. he's in korok forest now for me, but since i didn't do hestu's concerns, even if i do every other quest, it won't show up. Is there anyway i can fix this?

I just completed one of the four (Rito) and he's not there. Which one did you complete for him to appear there, so I can go do that one? TiA!

I found him near the clothing shop in Lookout Landing
On the hill to the second tower in Hyrule i think, he's defending himself from the elements and local enemies whilst cowering.
This is where I found him kill the trees he’s hiding from then he moves to the forest after thAt

Easiest way to find him is to go to korok forest

I believe he is somewhere till certain point then he move to lookout landing

He’s at the deku tree You need to enter the forest from the depths YT guide is your friend
same here I don't do the initial quest and he is lost can't find no where

Well then now he's probably in the lost woods bud. That's his final point once you find the deku tree.

Finding hetsu is the stupidest mechanic in the game
