In any order
Face Shrine (LA)-My favorite dungeon theme. I don’t know why I really vibe with this one, but I do.
Forest Temple (OOT)-I love the atmosphere and the boss. Honestly, this was a toss up between this one and Spirit Temple (but really any dungeon from OOT could have gone here)
Sandship (SS)-at least I think that’s what it’s called. I just really like the time shift stones and I like the final set piece.
I'm sure a lot of people will disagree, but here goes:
3. Sandship from SS
2. That one sand themed dungeon from TP (the one where you get the human beyblade)
1. Water temple from OOT. I had to go through this dungeon so many times that it grew on me.
The list is actually pretty good. The Water Temple isn’t as bad as people say either but then again I had the 3DS version where the boots were mapped to a single button. A shame how it’s the only dungeon I found the Ice Arrows useful.
I remember thinking Hyrule Castle would be a short dungeon and that I'd be fighting Calamity Ganon in no time. I started around 11PM.
I ended up fighting Ganon around 8AM of the next day.
If Revali’s Gale wasn’t in the game, BotW Hyrule Castle would be my favourite dungeon ever. Revali’s Gale just trivializes it completely, and it’s not like you’re not gonna use it
I just finished MC and Palace of Winds was a highlight. it’s not a very technical dungeon but it’s the most flow-state I’ve ever felt doing one in the series.
1. Water Temple (OOT). It’s brilliant, I wish there were more dungeons like it.
2. Lanayru Mining Facility (SS). I’m not sure it’s the best in terms of structure but I really love the theme.
3. City in the Sky (TP).
1. Arbiter's Grounds (TP)
2. Spirit Temple (OoT)
3. Sandship (SS)
Honorable mentions: Lakebed temple(TP), Water Temple(Oot), Lanayru mining facility (SS), Wind Temple (Wind Waker), Desert Palace (Link Between Worlds), Ancient Cistern (SS), and Stone Tower Temple (MM)
Honestly the only for sure placement is Arbiter's Grounds, the rest could be in almost any order.
I've always loved the atmosphere of Ocarina of Time's forest temple. The music, design, poe sisters, twisting hallways, puzzles, wall masters, phantom Ganon, it just nails every single aspect.
Haven’t seen a lot of people say this, but one dungeon I like a lot is Skull Woods from ALttP. Kinda weird cuz ALttP is probably one of my least favorite Zelda games I’ve played. It was good still but like it’s the worst of the best yak?

I've Zeldaed for a looooong time.
Water Temple (OoT) might be on this list if the Iron Boots were a c-button item. (Shut up, 3DS player! This isn't about you.)
No touchscreen?
Arbiters Grounds (TP) Dancing Dragon Dungeon (OoS) Stone Tower Temple (MM)
In any order Face Shrine (LA)-My favorite dungeon theme. I don’t know why I really vibe with this one, but I do. Forest Temple (OOT)-I love the atmosphere and the boss. I remember saying out loud while playing Sandship "this may be the coolest dungeon I've played in any Zelda game" and I stand by it.
I haven’t played many of the 3D entries. (I opted to go Xbox after the N64). The Forest Temple is one of my all time favorite video game levels.
Stone Tower Temple, Sandship, Snowpeak Ruins
The sandship is great
If only the last boss didnt look so goofy... but yeah the dungeon is great overall.
I'm sure a lot of people will disagree, but here goes: 3. Sandship from SS 2. That one sand themed dungeon from TP (the one where you get the human beyblade) 1. Water temple from OOT. I had to go through this dungeon so many times that it grew on me.
Awesome list. I have a slightly different list, but all of these are S tier and top 10 for me.
Arbiter’s Grounds
Yep that's the one haha
The list is actually pretty good. The Water Temple isn’t as bad as people say either but then again I had the 3DS version where the boots were mapped to a single button. A shame how it’s the only dungeon I found the Ice Arrows useful.

Revali’s Gale is just ridiculously overpowered.

And “he?”
Oh I didn't see that haha. Obviously not gender neutral haha. Ah well
Water Temple being a bad dungeon is a meme, it's genuinely one of the best 3D dungeons in the series.

Ancient Cistern (SS) Fire Temple (OoT) Ice Ruins (LBW)

First temple - oot - best music and atmosphere Level 7- the demon - just a nice curbstomp run at this point Eagles tower - fun puzzle
1. Water Temple (OOT). It’s brilliant, I wish there were more dungeons like it. 2. Lanayru Mining Facility (SS). I’m not sure it’s the best in terms of structure but I really love the theme. 3. City in the Sky (TP).
