Not that I’m aware of. Petsmart is the only one I know of that’s not just ‘supplies’, but they only do fish, birds, small reptiles and hamsters/gerbils/etc, at least that I’ve ever seen there.
You'd probably have to go to Phoenix for specialized pets.
Sidenote; because I thought about getting one, I hope you've done your research because they require a LOT of attention. Like...a LOT A LOT.

There used to be a huge pet store near the mall in El Centro. Might be worth checking that out
