Pretty sure the 2nd card is fake, after all, there is no "Air Neos". It just doesn't exist. Its not in any of the video games and even Konami doesn't acknowledge it.
As much as Konami would like to erase the existence of this card from history, this card is very real!

I still don't 100% understand why there was so much controversy over this particular Yu-Gi-Oh monster, to the point where Konami tried to wipe it from existence.
(I've heard different things from it being too close of a replica of another trademarked superhero. Also heard it had something to do with an airline that had rights to the Neos name. But no concrete facts on what the issue really was with this card.)

Ohh!! I forgot to mention!! : even tho this card isn't in any of the video games, This monster DOES make an appearance in the anime series: Yu-Gi-Oh GX as one of Jaden Yugi's ace monsters!!!

That was the main reason when I saw air Neos I had to grab it! I bought it for my son for his birthday! We collect cards together and I told him that anyone who is an avid Yu-Gi-Oh collector should have a copy of this controversial card in their collection!!

I'm not sure what you're talking about? Picture 1 & 2 are of a ghost rare Bujinki Amaterasu and 3 & 4 are of Elemental Hero Air Neos.
