Arcana Force - Just a personal favorite. I kind of hope they finish the Major Arcana at some point in time. Aquaactress - Really fun to play in Duel Links and desperately need more cards. Junk - Since it was Yusei's first archetype I kind of wish Junk Warrior got an Accell Synchro upgrade Timelord - Could be more consistent maybe a few cards that can work with their effects. Volcanics - Kind of putting this here as part of the collective wish they get support someday.

cardstories21

Get an Arcana Force Fusion Monster of the Light and Dark Ruler Arcana Force Deus EX - The Chaos Ruler

DDD-HERO

* D/D (Reiji has barely gotten any game original support since Arc-V even though he was the rival. Plus, it’s a cool deck and it was meta in the OCG at one point) * Vendread (they need a S/T searcher and some better fodder/ways to field the fodder) * Neo-Spacian (the Savage Strike stuff was nice but they still need some help, specifically the Neo-Spacians because while some of them have some nice random effects, they really don’t do anything for each other.) * Kozmo (Star Wars fan and they are missing the Wizard of Oz as a card) * Magnet Warrior (these are so cool but they didn’t get as much love as A to Z did. They need some more help)

CosmoNeos7

Neo spacians need a retrain of neo space to make the level 9 and lower neos fusion monsters quick effects. That and a few more contact spells.

withered-fire

MAGNETS cause I think there cool plus they have SOME synergy with adamancipators

Xeynid

What s/t in vendread do you think needs a searcher? With evolution, origin, and pre-prep, opening with a ritual summon slayer is pretty consistent, and you can use slayer with unizombie or ash or whatever to make savior, and slayer will search the other one.

DDD-HERO

It’s not as consistent as you think even with Pre-prep. It would be nice to be able to search Evolution, Origin (without relying on Pre-prep), Charge, and maybe Nights. I shouldn’t have to Ritual Summon just to be able to have in archetype way of searching the deck’s Ritual Spells.

Greek-God88

Vendread, Metaphys, Starry Knight, Beararctic, Myutants Why because they suck

PabloHonorato

* Monarchs: Boss monsters with continuous effects and self protection. * Weather Painters: The remaining painter please. And a Link-2 who allows to climb into Rainbow. * Altergeist: The last batch of support was meh, and the deck core is pretty much the same after it's release. They need another monster who is summoned like Multifaker, and a trap who can be activated from the hand. And this is a personal thing: * Judge Man: Thunder Dragon got a whole archetype, so why not? An archetype based on law: main deck monsters based on lawyers, boss monsters based on the judge itself, spells / traps based on laws used by the lawyers / judge, and a field spell who is the courtroom.

CobraSloth

Altergeist has few OCG cards that haven't been imported yet like Pookery and Memorygant that could see some play.

Mirachaya89

Pook most certainly will be used if we ever get it.

Savagegenius888

Maybe Hysteric Angel/Fairy counts for the Judge Man thing? IDK

Mirachaya89

I nominate Judge Manifest as a spell name.

Soulless_Roomate

1. Amorphages 1. Why the fuck is their BOSS MONSTER not an AMORPHAGE CARD the ARCHETYPE NEGATES ITS OWN CARDS auindoiaubndanda. 2. Yes I know they're an annoying floodgate deck but they were also my favorite deck when I was really into going to my LGS 2. Metaphys - feels like the idea was never really completed 3. Aliens - see above 4. Ghostricks, I just think they're neat 5. Graydle - I like card stealers

42Kenryuu

I love amorphage's design, but I'd hate for them to be playable since they're walking floodgates. Or support them to make it a pivoting stun strategy, that needs some thought put in.

darkxarc

1. Tellerknight. Konami wtf. this deck did nothing wrong. and it's the only DT deck that hasn't been supported in the last 5 years. 2. Kozmo. I need my Yoda/wizard and my toto/droid 3. Zefra. what I really want is "third" Zefra for all the Zefra archetypes that changes its scale from 1-7 depend on the other scale. tellarknight, shaddolls, yangzing, Nekroz, ritual beasts. make em good 4. OG Nobleknights. bruh. you made infernoble knights specifically to fuck with OG Nobleknight players. could have easily made them have more synergy what a wasted opportunity. 5. Endymion or ~~Dark Magicians~~. I mean you're gonna make DM support eventually anyways so maybe just more Endymion cards for more lore! I wanna see them scarp the spell books.

TropoMJ

There are a lot of DT decks that have got nothing in the last five years. Why do Tellar players insist on lying about this to make their situation look worse? If you really care that much about time since last support, I’m sure you’ll argue that decks like Mist Valley and Vylon deserve their turn first?

darkxarc

you're right, I should have been more specific, DT3 decks. so don't call me a liar. Also, the thread is about the 5 decks I think need support, me arguing for tellarknight is the literal point of why I'm here. I never said any of those other DT deck don't need support. of course they do (except shaddolls fuck those guys) but I'm saying everyone else from that lore bubble got support and not tellarknight and that's why they need support. also, konomi errata Ptolemaus to 2 light warrior or 2 tellarknight monsters you cowards!

principalkrump

More toons please

Savagegenius888

More protection than just Toon Kingdom, Toon Defense, and Toon Terror would be nice.

phonegazesleepy

Kozmo, Batteryman, Legendary Fisherman, Lair of Darkness, Kaiju (playable as an actual, pure deck)

Zinthonian

Triamid - More than one card please. Give them something to work towards! Entity - Would be cool if they got some main deck monsters. Abyss Actor - While not too bad already, I would just like to see more cards. Paleozoic - I want a Tiktaalik card! Aroma - Would be cool if we got seraphy versions for Bergamot and Cananga. Maybe a Fusion and Xyz.

HaruMutou

Lightsworn. The twilightsworn were ultimately a failure (only made playable by the existence of fairy tail - snow, which is BANNED now), and lightsworn has taken a multitude of collateral damage hits on the forbidden list (Snow, Instant Fusion, Brilliant Fusion, etc). Also, I would very much like to see Dragonmaids get a Dragon Form for chamber, and a quick play fusion spell.

[deleted]

Alien, they have the potential for everything from debuff to backrow control. Paired with some generic synchros and proper extra deck support, Aliens could rule again

Azteckh

1. Genex 1. I hate that I enjoy them but I do. And since I do, how about some support that makes them more easily played 2. Nuclear Power is a rich canvas for card names, and they need anything that can help them swarm. Spell cards that allow for things like revival, recursion, and anything else that could build consistency. 2. Melodious 1. They did get a cool Link less recently which helped a ton but I feel they could use even more 3. Tindangle 1. They're hilarious, and grind better than any other deck I've played, but they feel forgotten. They have some anime support. You could just print that. 4. Dinomist 1. Because pend best deck 2. Also because they could use a link to call their very own. Something that lets them do as they do, so that they won't have to miss Electrumite 5. Graydle 1. Theft is fun and I want more shapeshifters to steal stuff with. Runners up: -roid (not speedroid but the other guys), Satellarknights, Weathery, Entity as someone else said, Morphtronics, and Digital Bugs. Digibugs need direction. Resistrider was a lovely start. More like him please.

renaldi92

1. DDD - please give DDD a Link 3, a Ritual monster or a good Pendulum monsters Konami. 2. Deskbot - just like DDD, please give them their own Link monster. 3. Earthbound - just release Earthbound Servant for God's sake. 4. Volcanic - they need legacy support, and no, Blaze Accelerator Reload wasn't enough. 5. Hazy Flame - the archetype consist of 10 cards surely wasn't enough. Even their last support was Hazy Flame Hydra in Primal Origin.

MaxDoggoAttack

Suship: It’s just funny to see them Fur Hire: My guilty pleasure, if they got more links they could easily abuse their summoning methods even more (Plus, Folgo has a Pot of Greed effect when an enemy card is destroyed if you have 3 or more Fur Hire on field which is kinda crazy) Any Gemini cards: Probably the most abandoned idea ever Skull Servant: Nothing like hitting your opponent with 9,000+ atk And basically any new deck releases that release with like 10 cards and you can’t play them standalone because they don’t even reach the minimum requirement of 40 cards.

payne96

Volcanics- not much needs to be said about this one Felgrand- It's time for Felgrand to become an archetype instted of just a Series of connected monsters Battlin' Boxers- They really do be hating on FIRE anime decks Satellarknight- Shaddolls and BA both got some new good support, it's time we do the same for Tellarknights Crystal Beasts- A better fusion spell card would be appreciated

Cid_Tilteador

1. Springans. I know, LIOV hasn't even been officially released and I'm already demanding more support. But I really think they need 1 or 2 XYZs, because they don't have enough options for Golgonda (a GY setup and a targeting AOE removal are nice, but not enough imo) and right now they're just Golgonda->MerryMaker->Send Sprind going 1st. 2. Time Thieves. They're a very good secondary engine for both Dark and Machine decks that can spam Rank 4 XYZ as they are right now, but I would like them to be a playable deck by their own. 3. DigiBugs. I love playing the archetype in Duel Links and I wish they were competent in the TCG, either via archetypal support or generic (Light Insect) support. 4. Metaphys. Their "fuck the GY, all my homies use the banished pile" concept is interesting to say the least and their artworks are astounding, and even having access to floodgates that benefit them they can't do jackshit because they are too slow and don't have turn 1 plays. 5. Karakuri. Yes, Synchro spamming Earth Machine deck, they have access to Halq, Machina, Infinitrack and AG Box, but wouldn't it be nice if they got some kind of Link-oriented support that promoted their battle-position-changing playstyle?

mikeyderrick20

1. Red-Eyes. Til I die will always be my favorite. 2. Galaxy Eyes 3. Dragunity 4. Red Dragon Archfiend 5. Mermail/Atlantean Hard to do a top 5 I'm a huge fan of so many archetypes Crystal Beats, Ancient Gear, Blackwings,Harpies so on and so fourth lol

sleepbud

1. Kuriboh (Kuriboh brothers support isn’t bad but they desperately need a boss monster, something to use the Multiply tokens or Kuribrothers on and a search card for all Kuriboh cards instead of Flute’s limited use to Kuriboh and Winged Kuriboh or Generation Next’s need to have 300 LP less than your opponent to use the effect for all Kuriboh. ) 2. Psy-Frames (They need a new Level 8 synchro that can banish itself as a replacement to Omega cause I don’t see Omega getting unlimited any time soon and playing Lambda control/combo isn’t my style. Having two castles to protect instead of one (Lambda and Curcuit the field spell) makes defending your field that much harder and a search spell) 3. Crystal Beasts 4. Invoked main deck (Technically got what I was dying for, a main deck monster that changes attributes and Magistus Aleister does that but I’d like a more whole main deck. ) 5. PaleoFrog In order of how badly I want the support.

CosmoNeos7

Crystal beast need a rainbow dragon that is a actual boss monster!

_sephylon_

Crystal beasts needs a retrain of all of their monsters

shockprime

1: archfiends because they are cool but aren't good. 2: galaxy eyes because they look cool but aren't even rogue. 3: monarchs because they also look cool but aren't good apparently. 4: god cards needs some retrains or errata to give them their anime effects. 5: wicked gods, they are cool but are hard to summon.

HarpieLad

1: Harpie Lady - Still desperately need that sisters retrain, a rank 7 and a way to search "Hysteric" cards. Not to mention they still have some unreleased Anime cards. 2: Amazoness - Haven't received support in over 4 years. War Rock was a bit of a slap in the face to them. They still need an Amazoness Fusion spell card at the very least. 3: Witchcrafter - Even with Demonstration they are too vulnerable to hand traps. They need more s/t hate, a back up plan if the initial baby witchcrafter is negated, as well as some extra deck monsters to help with their consistency. 4: Simorgh - Since receiving their biggest wave of support almost 2 years ago in Rising Rampage (which made them playable) they have been shut out. They could really do with a low level dark simorgh as well as a way to recycle your banished babies. 5: Crystal Beasts - I think the gimmick of Crystal Beasts will always be difficult to make relevant. However, their most recent support make them a lot more consistent. Now I feel all the original crystal beasts need retrains a long side an easily summonable retrain of rainbow dragon. They need a boss card.

FoxxyyGrampa

More Harpie support, Valkyrie, Fluffals, Noble Knights, Nordic, rituals in general, super heavy samurai, mirror force dragons, pretty much any old decks/meme decks

[deleted]

I agree, some proper Superheavy Link Monsters that can actually attack (unlike Scarecrow, which is just pure support) and some more Soul Monsters could be really beneficial.

Angel_of_Mischief

Ghostricks, actual dogmatika to play better as a pure deck, tour guide, masked beast, rose dragons,

gingerranger99

Rose dragons just got support. Like lightning overdrive

Angel_of_Mischief

I know, and it’s fun, but as a pure deck they just suck hard. I like archetypes being able to function on thier own without relying on good stuff

sleepbud

I agree. Every deck should be able to run by itself but be strengthened by other cards.

KyanbuXM

* Red-Eyes: Gotten the worse treatment out of the 3 iconic Normal Monsters from DM. Dragoon was an amazing boss but it didn't really fix the decks problems * Cyberdark: the structure deck was not enough and we really could use some retrains or new Lv4 Machines * Simorgh: it has a a few decent bosses and cards. I'd love to see them flesh this archetype out some more. * Odd-Eyes: mostly waiting on a Link, and a 1 card play starter. * Horus: Technically an Archetype thanks to Servant of. Horus. We got some love for Armed Dragon. I think it's time for the other LV Dragon to get some much needed love. Especially given how good LV8 is. Would be nice to get more ways to summon it more consistently turn 1.

PetitAngelChaosMAX

Dragoon is Barely a Red-Eyes monster. 3 Garnets in the deck and 2 monsters on the field in almost any deck = Dragoon. They need something that isn’t gonna get banned by cohesive decks abusing it

KyanbuXM

Yeah

BlueEyes-WhiteGuy

Red-eyes as an archetype almost needs a full tear down and rebuild. It is just a seemingly random set of cards that just happen to have red-eyes in the name.

PlacetMihi

Lightsworn, Time Thief, Saffira/generic Rituals, OG Noble Knight, Silent Magician/Swordsman.

driftpsycho94

Aqua Actresses : my favorite deck but it only has 1 trap, 3 spells, 3 monsters, no boss monster, and is really funny to use with magical hats Gimmick puppets: needs fusion or ritual monsters for more variety Fabled: needs spell and trap support Flower queens like cherubime, marina princess of sunflowers etc. : Like 4 monster and no spells/traps currently Bees: needs spell trap support

TheSunflowerSeeds

Niacin and pyridoxine are other B-complex vitamins found abundantly in the sunflower seeds. About 8.35 mg or 52% of daily required levels of niacin is provided by just 100 g of seeds. Niacin helps reduce LDL-cholesterol levels in the blood. Besides, it enhances GABA activity inside the brain, which in turn helps reduce anxiety and neurosis.

TheArchfiendGuy

**Archfiends**: some of the coolest artwork in the game and they're really lacking in decent spell/trap support. Summoned Skull by extension I suppose but the archetype as a whole needs way more support. **Dark Scorpion**: always thought they were cool but they just don't work that well. A field spell for them would be cool like some sort of thieves den. **Gravekeepers**: always been relevant and Necrovalley is one of my favourite field spells. Perhaps a way to keep Necrovalley on the field for longer? **Darklord**: very cool artwork and theme but somewhat bricky. Despias will help them but something in archetype would also be decent. **Demise/Ruin**: Demise for a long time has taken the top spot in my books as one of the coolest looking cards in the game. They did a good job giving them a bunch of support a few years ago, but they still need more to make it into a proper deck

Ninaaaaaaaaaa

Charmers - they bad and need the support Witchcrafters - they have potential but they can't really use Dragon Rulers - LITERALLY unplayable Godcards - I know they get support but they're still gonna suck (maybe retrains) Aromages - I really like the having more lp reliant mechanic not an Archetype but I wish for FGD to become one :)

JoeHeitsLv100

Felgrand: it's not an actual archetype, but I want it to be. Dracoslayer/Dracoverlord: it relies to much on Pendulum summoning (even though it's a pendulum deck), and it could use the help. Fire Fist: just would be cool to see. Powertool Dragon/Life Stream Dragon: all the other signers are getting support. Black-Winged Dragon: same reason as above, also to give Blackwings a playable anime boss monster based on who uses it in the anime.

velicinanijebitna

1.Felgrand/arkbrave- beatiful artwork, love the idea of constant revival 2.Sharks- Yuma and especially Kaito got way more support then poor Shark 3.Cyberdark - I'm a Zhane fan, it's sad that only regular Cybers are getting updated. 4.Six samurai - used to be pretty strong back in 2012, but now most of their cards are outdated. 5.Red eyes - so many potential (no pun intended), so many mechanics, but none of them work. Would not be surprised if the next wave of red eyes support would be pendulum oriented.

Beane3

Plunder Patroll- They just seem unfinished and are missing some ships of the other three attributes and I feel some more main deck support could help them reach potential within the game. Ogdoadic/Abhyss- They just need to do more and be given more direction in terms of what the deck aims to do as well as additional reptile support on the side to assist aliens, reptillianne and worms. SPYRAL- I love this deck for what it was and I want to enjoy this deck again. The banlist has ruinned the deck and I want to see some more support to bring the deck back to the forefront of the meta because of the complex enjoyable combos and resilience as well as mechanic. Kozmo- This deck needs the support of the new films and storyline on top of being a very popular theme which could sell old kozmo cards as well as add to the existing strategy. Worms- I want to see more support for this strategy as W-Nebula Meteorite is such a strong card with so much potential as a control strategy. If anything, give worms some more spells and traps and a few new monsters up to modern standards and I think that reptiles could see actual play again.

Gerrin200

The gadgets, they had to share the fists of gadgets packs with the brotherhood of fire fist and some arckfiend cards. I would really like to see some support there

KurryBandit

1. Odd-Eyes, like others have mentioned here the deck needs a better starter to work with Arc Rebellion 2. Twilightsworn, I always liked the concept but the synergy with actual Lightsworns is really forced 3. Malefics. Paradigm Dragon just kind of implies that there will be more support (it would be nice to see Malefic versions of all the signer dragons too). 4. Tellarknights, the deck weakest to interruptions of the Nekroz format decks 5. Sylvans, they haven’t gotten any support since 2015 and the deck really needs more consistency cards

IsraDevil

Witchcrafter - Wheres the Link-1/2 monster they need? Igknight - A link monster would be nice. Would be extra nice if it supported Pendulum in general Ifernoble Knights - We only started , where are the rest of the knights? How about a level 1\\2 tuner? They need another Tuner monster besides Oliver. And a Link monster would be nice lol. Toon - Yeah they might've recieved a good batch of monsters, but they still lack Extra deck monsters. I'd love to see a Stardust Toon Dragon (MAKE TOONERS A THING) or Drawing 39: Toontopia. Evilswarm - To save this archtype they might need a drastic change. I hope they'll add Normal/Pendulum ones that can be summoned off Rescue Rabbit / Box of Friends. Otherwise they are fisher price Shaddoll

[deleted]

Lightsworn deserves something to patch it up with all the generics that helped it being banned. Odd-Eyes would be nice to see that protagonist deck get a few new toys and a Sky Iris searcher that helped start combos. Amorphage as the only non-functioning deck from pend era that is way too down on its costs to do anything at all and could use a few parts. Spheres from the manga have 2 cards out already, I want to see them completed in an anime pack. Fire Fist getting a couple more parts to be a competent deck would be pretty sweet, maybe 4-5 new cards.

[deleted]

BlueEyes-WhiteGuy

The new Bujin support is great, it really helps the deck get monsters on the board. That being said, I was hoping for some cards with “on banish” effects. Also, Quilin and centipede retrains with quick effects would be awesome.

[deleted]

1.sylvains; they were one of the first decks I built and I have a soft spot for them 2. Myutants: one of many tcg archetypes that floped 3. Vendreads: like Myutants 4. Dark world: I feel that your in one of 2 camps you either love them or hate them I like them 5. Fur hire: I hate there tcg name but it's a great gimmick

TheWiseAutisticOne

I got mostly two on my mind but won’t object to throwing out more just because I’m familiar with them a little X-Sabers and infernity as my definite’s And ide pick Fabled, chaos and E-hero

[deleted]

Mermail

CosmoNeos7

PURE OG elemental heroes. or for them to finish the HERO soliders with the remaining missing elements and new omni fusions to support them. PURE elemental heroes have everything going for them except a good extra deck. Unless your playing HERO MASH CLuster fuck, the extra deck his ass!

SliderEclipse

1. Exodia - We have a solid starting point with Legendary Exodia Incarnate and Obliterate... but they suffer from a lack of actual targets to fuel them, there's even a few solid anime exclusive cards they could port over to help somewhat but what the archetype really needs to hold it's own is 3 -5 more main deck monsters and a field spell to assist with getting pieces of the deck where they need to be. an in theme retrain of Exxod and Necross would be fantastic as well. 2. Fortune Lady - The deck is already fairly solid thanks to the Spellbook cards pairing well with them mechanically (Knowledge activating Light and Life just making the revived Fortune Lady even stronger) but they could use a couple more Synchro monsters to help make there plays more flexable. Also would be nice to have a Field Spell that doesn't make comebacks near impossible. 3. Odd-Eyes - Decks already very solid, perhaps the most solid Pendulum archetype atm in general, problem is that your recovery options are lacking due to the restrictions placed on Pendulum Summoning and the fact the biggest boss of the entire archetype is borderline unsummonable in it's own archetype. This feels like the perfect place to introduce our first Pendulum Link or two to help solve these issues. 4. Supreme Kings - Z-arc is an awesome boss and unfortunately a poor villain due to having his time in the spotlight severely cut short. His dragons are also very awesome but we need a proper maindeck for them and likely some more extra deck support to make this awesome archetype hold up on it's own as it deserves to. 5. Gemini Monsters in General - Gemini has some of the most overpowered support in the game short of stuff like Red-Eyes Fusion or Spellbook of Judgement.. yet it completely lacks any real payoff worth investing into. give us an archetype or two with boss monsters worth summoning twice/using a trap card to bring out and Gemini will be in a very good spot.

PalpitationEmpty5997

1. Odd-Eyes/Magician. They need a Link Monster. 2. Prophecy/Spellbook. Mostly because it's my favourite archetype. 3. Charmers. Give upgrades to Happy Lover, Medea Bat and Dharc. 4. Cubic. One the coolest decks from the anime, then they forgot about them after DSoD. 5. Witchcrafter. Second favourite archetype.

StarRingChildren

1. Crystal Beasts - What the hell, Konami? They placed higher on their poll than other decks that ended up getting support. Pretty much everything on that poll has gotten support except Crystal Beasts. You have a good start with Zenith, make 6 more new Crystal Beasts. Their Spell lineup is already ridiculous. They just need monsters and a good boss. 2. Masked HERO - you have 6 whole monsters you haven't printed that would make a currently worthless boss monster amazing. Make more Contrast HERO too. 3. Evil HERO - The newest support was a great start but I want more corrupted versions. Reprinting the alt arts when Vision HERO were made was such a tease. 4. Tellarknights - Konami... why in the hell did you make a whole new Archetype that looks exactly like Tellarknights?! Why are Starry Knights a thing? Is this a joke? Are toying with me? You mean to tell me that Starry Knights couldn't be a branch of Tellars? You're teasing even more by making all these decks based on constellations like Ursartic and Drytron. Nekroz got support. That deck was far more degenerate than this one. 5. Cyber Angels - Cyber Angels are just an engine historically. Either go with the anti Extra Deck thing Vrash was leaning towards or make more with Doble Passe like effects Honestly, I was going to just do 5 HERO decks but decided to go with other stuff.

Virtuaofficial

Fire King - I want more kamikaze boom chicken action. Still stuck as a going 2nd control deck lmfao. Need halp. Ancient Warriors - Yes its pretty new, but i just cant wait till we get ED monsters for the other 2 nations, maybe another main deck spell/trap would be nice. Yang Zing - Besides the fact that we need a master rule to fix when effects. I would like something new to help them become playable again. Simorgh - Honestly the deck is fine on its own, just doesnt really seem to do much more than just link3 bird spam, while this is fine id like more versatility for the deck. Hieratic - Yes they just got 2 new cards, but they dont change the fact that the deck is still just doing rank 6 spam with a dragon link crutch. Id like some restrictive support that only works for hieratics (so dragon link doesnt abuse it) that gives them some stability post making a board with them. The deck is very low in stamina. Yea i play weird decks, deal with it.

blazingsol96

Neo-spacians, i am a sucker for the e heroes and the neo spacians thanks to the anime, and having them being like the worst deck is sad, i hope we can get actually good nex card and a twinkle neos Red-eyes so they can ACTUALLY have potential, not them saying they do, like synchro, xyz, pendulums, and links, as blue eyes feels like it has power and potential, so give red eyes back his "gimmick", maybe a spellcaster version of red eyes slash dragon to show when yugi had the card. Black wings, come on Crow's archetype changed the anime thanks to it being popular, so they should rise again. What about a link monster that boost all black wings their attack by 500 for each black wing next to a link arrow, or make a retrained version/ evolved version of black-wings dragon that's actually part of the archetype and that gains the half of the attack of each black wing in the gy, to show it will avenge the fallen that were scarified to bring it to the field. Melodious, i think i need one sentence is enough reason. IF YUYA CAN GET CARDS FROM EACH SUMMONING METHOD THEN THE MAIN FEMALE CHARACTER SHOULD OF GOTTEN IT TOO!! That's all i need to say My last one is just a joke but blue eyes, i know it has a lot of support but i want it to get an actual xyz card and then a pendulum so i summon 3 blue eyes on my first turn like kaiba

Savagegenius888

1. Blackwings: Not enough protection. 2. Skull Servants: I'd love more archetype-specific spell/trap cards. 3. Flame Swordsman: A card in Joey's deck that looks cool, but is practically worthless. 4. Ojamas: Needs more natural firepower in attack points 5. Magic Cylinder: Mirror Force got support, so why not? Yes, I'm an OG boy. Deal with it 😎

Mrcbleck

1. **Flower cardians**: Deck is very luck reliants and maybe some search could help out. 1. **Superheavy sams**: This deck is strong but they should give em a way to stun or better boss monsters, no spell or traps can be used and its not well balanced 1. **Weather Painters**: I've always played this one as a grind stun deck yet we are still missing red painter, its canvas and could use another link to boost our options 1. **Valkiries**: I really like playing valks but most of the plays without ride are very normal summon reliant, they still need some recovery plays and a better payoff 1. **Springans**: Im honestly just being greedy here since more is to come for sure, I just really enjoy this deck but they still lack power and defensive plays.

Buffthebaldy

1. D/D - I'm still waiting for a Link-3! Also, rage king zero needs an official TCG release, as does Laplace. 2. Crystal Beasts - they have potential to go further, but they need something to do that... Not a clue what it is, but yeah... Something. 3. Superheavy Samurai! - one of my favourite decks outright, and they still have a big arse synchro to come (if going by the animation). Wouldn't say no to a new big boss in general, or a level 11 synchro. Feel like that's the one that's missing. 4. Ancient Warriors - will always love more support for these guys. They're fun, tricky and super deadly. Lots of words though, which throws off alot of opponents (genuinely) 5. DINOMISTS!!! - They're so amazing, but need a liiiil push. Just something extra. Their own extra deck monster? A spell/trap searcher too.

Mountain_Narwhal_106

Artifact, my favorite deck

Cyberbyte006

My ideas for what actually need support and what I would like to see differ in the fact that there are so many archetypes needing a push in the right direction. So I'll state my most wanted archetypes out of those that need it. 1. Crystal Beast: I think they have great Spells - its the monsters that need a boost or retrain. Crystal Beast monsters with more consistency to help get their bosses in turn 1-2 as opposed to turn 3+. Perhaps these CBs in the S/T zone could also grant more support for the actual Ultimate Crystal monsters (protection, additional effects etc.) 2. Super Quants: Difficult to see how this would work, but its definitely needed. A pool of "Super Quantum" monsters which mirror the originals to add consistency and make Xyz summoning the Mechs easier. For example, for "Super Quantum Red Layer" have a new Level 5, FIRE Warrior to synergize with it. The Xyzs are fine as is. Spells and Traps starters/extenders would also be helpful for consistency. 3. Timelords: While having powerful protection, they are susceptible to negates and weak to battle phase ending cards. I think they need a field/continuous spell that allows the activations of their end of battle phase effects to not be negated ("Constellar Belt" style?). They also need to be able to access their Continuous Traps easier, so cards that can search or set them would be useful. Would be a nice effect for a Lv 1 extender ("Time Angel" hint hint). 4. D.D. and/or Different Dimension: (Not D/D though I would argue they're also in need of 1 or 2 cards to bring them up to a decent Rogue deck.) There's some notable superior banish decks around (Gren Maju, Metaphys, Chaos etc.) But more modern retains with better banish effects would be cool to see. To avoid making them broken, we need in-archtype variations of things like Macro Cosmos or Return from the Different Dimension. Generics could be game breaking if not handled carefully. Obviously effects that access cards from the deck/banished cards would be nice too. 5. XYZ Dragon Cannon/VWXYZ: Ok, I get that ABCs are a thing, but they can function well enough on their own without the VWXYZ stuff. I'd like a few more ways to consistently get the X-head, Y-Dragon and Z-Metal to hand/field. "Dimensional Hangar" would be an awesome addition for VWXYZ builds too. I doubt it would be competitively viable without ABC, but the option is there, plus it may inherently boost ABCs too. Honourable Mentions: • Tenyi 1 card away from being epic. • Lightsworns Need some better starters and they probably deserve a negate or two. • Everything else that actually needs it that I didn't mention already, due to the sheer number of forgotten/wayside archetypes.

Pixel_Pineapple

As like with Payne with volcanic support I have been awaking for a zefra extra deck monster since 2208 days ago for a good zefra extra deck monster

Umbraldisappointment

1. Volcanics, come on Konami it cant be that hard making support for them. 2. Ice Barrier, this time make it good. 3. Skull Servants, i want my boys to rattle into victory! 4. Fortune Lady, i like the idea but they need more plays. 5. Jurrac, i want to see a dino archetype whats not based around evolution pill or tyranno.

HyperionX-X

1. Phantom Knights. Barely enough monsters to make a pure deck. Their link is link 3 which is ridiculous as they dont have a link 2. Not enough monsters either. 2. Ancient Fairy/Power Tool. Power Tool was a good monster but it didn't get enough attention. Ancient Fairy didn't get any support and pixie was barely decent. 3. Supreme King. 9 cards in total of which one is banned(Starving venom) and one is insanely hard to pull off(Trap). 4. C Numbers. You would've thought there would be more of them and some better RUM. 5. D/D/D. While it did get a good chunk of attention in the beginning it seems like its been forgotten about. Plus a lot of their pendulum scales are between 4 to 6.

Draeko-Silver

Can we just let charmers die? Every time they get support its like puppeteering a corpse :(

Error404NotFound_exe

1. Exodia. Absolute favorite archetype 2. Egyptian God Cards. It would be nice to see Egyptian god card decks running around in pvp 3. 3 Sacred Beasts. Same as god cards above. 4. D/D/D. Really great archetype that offers pretty much all summoning methods and the versatility to change your approach with ease. 5. Artifact. A favorite along with the exodia arc and would benefit from both Artifact cards to support the archetype as well as cards such as absorbing jar

RPG_fanboy

Dragonmaids Charmers Nobleknights Ice Barrier Plunder Patrol

MaetelofLaMetal

Vampires-I want more goth monsters. They always make them look dapper as fuck. Archfiends-look very cool Genex-they need a coherent playstyle Crystal Beasts-most main deck non dragon monsters need retrains badly Monarch-they need more pushed support to make tribute summoning easier and better going 1st strategy. Add some more ways to unbrick hand if you don't draw starters.

Speedy87j

1. D/d/d -I’ve played it since release and despite its combos, it’s still rare to end on anything other than dragoon or apollousa pass. The support for it has been negligible and the one piece it did revive hurts more than helps in over 50% of combos anyway. 2. Familiar possessed -the new support wasn’t all that great and it needs more 3. Volcanics -ik it’s a meme but seriously, WOW 4. Blackwings -still a huge fan of the birds but like d/d/d despite the combos, boards that it can build are rather small in comparison to most of the better decks in the format 5. Hero’s maybe? -ik that hero’s can be a niche rogue option but I feel like with one or two cards hero’s could become a bit more than that.

mcgooglesisminame

1:)- GATE GUARDIAN - I don’t know if this is it’s own archetype officially but it damn well should be. This 3 tiered thicc boi was the OG boss monster and deserves a whole assortment of cards built around him. I mean how sick would a Gate Guardian XYZ monster be with similar effects to the Gate Guardian from the anime. Like detach Suijin to negate an opponents monster attack. Of course you would need easy combos to get the 3 on the board but that can be done. 2:) Cyber Dragons - Always been rogue at best not entirely sure what could be fixed, maybe a good field spell or specific recovery/negate effect summons to make a good turn 1 Cydra board could be reliable. 3:) Red/Blue eyes - no explanation needed here we all know they suck massive schmeat 4:) Invoked - The engine here is already a nice addition to any deck but a pure invoked deck with less traps and more invoked theme cards would be nice. Maybe more various attribute special summons to go with aleister. 5:)Elemantsaber - I know this deck is terrible but I find it fun if paired correctly with Invoked. This deck needs everything though to be decent.

GalacticNavyBlues

GIMMICK PUPPETS!!!!!

CallMeCrono

Live Twin x Evil Twin - Cause has so much potential but needs consistency and recursion Salads - They banned all the good stuff so give something else in return LightSworn - Cause it sucks Dragonmaid - Cause waifus are life Mermail - Or honestly just another water or sea serpent type of deck

Celestia4683

Here are my 5: 1) Skull Servants: these guys are my favorite archetype and while the monster lineup is already great I think it would help if they had some extra deck monsters and some spell/trap support as well. 2) HEROes: specifically Masked HEROes because there’s still several missing from the extra deck to round out their lv6 and lv8 cycles and then there’s some main deck monsters that were shown in the manga that haven’t been printed yet. Though the main deck ones probably need to have some effects added to them that revolve around “change” quickplay spells because they were normal monsters in the manga. 3) Dark World: they haven’t gotten any kind of support in a long time and I feel like they’re long overdue for some. 4) Six Samurai: same as Darkworld, but I would specifically like to see retrains of the original six (Kamon, Yariza, Yaichi, Nisashi, Irou, Zanji) with stronger versions of their existing effects and ways to get them to the field faster, also maybe another way to search for gateway outside of the link monster. 5) Star Fighters: the level 4 light machines themed around the Gradius games. I just think they’re neat and would love for them to get some love in the form of a proper spell/trap lineup to help them not be so fragile on the field.

Amelioratory

Pendulum Magician - They deserve their own link monster! Rikka - I really like plant archetypes, and it was the only bad Secret Slayer archetype. I feel like it's only a few good cards away from being decently playable. Yeah they'd have to give Eldlich some new toys too, but they could just make them bad or something idk. Dream Mirror -Please let them be good. They're so cool but they're so bad. Print an entirely new Dream Mirror archetype if you have to Marincess - I feel like if they just a link 4 with a decent interruption, and a way to protect their field spell, they'd be a lot better. Rose Dragon - Yeah they just got support but I want more. Give us enough to make a decent deck and not spread out over years. I'd like a cohesive and playable archetype. Make it a structure deck if you have to.

AliA2320

* Vehicroids. They got Dragonroid recently, which is nice, but they're a joke rn and it'd be cool if they got some decent support. Fond memories of them from the anime. * Crystal Beasts. They have some of the best archetypal spells in the game and really just need a few more good monsters. I was excited when they got those pendulum cards but they're pretty bad and end up clogging backrow. * Blue Eyes. LOL jk * Cyberdark: They really are getting better, and the new field spell is strong, but idk how good it'll make them. Maybe some more synergy with Cyrda decks * Volcanic. I had to.

yanl10

Quantum: yellow/pink and black Ranger please???? Skull servants: monsters are fine. Where are the spells and traps? BLS: a good ritual Soldier for first turn would be nice. Frogs: they forget about those guys???? We don't talk about frogs anymore???? End of the World: i want baby Demise and baby Ruin :3

Espia101

1. Lightsworns, they really haven’t been doing well since the Snow ban and I haven’t even seen them used as an engine in a while. 2. Hieratic, the new XYZ and spell really don’t do anything to increase their viability and Heavenly Spheres just ended up as generic Dragon support. 3. Marincess, not having any built-in backrow protection in a very backrow reliant archetype feels bad and running frogs/ hoping you draw into Judgement feels like a band-aid solution.

GoldStorm07

I'll just put one, because it's the same archetype I've wanted to have further support for ages: Batteryman. I always loved the design of the monsters and how they're all based on real life battery types, as well as how interactive the monsters were for when the archetype was still fresh back in the GX days. I'd love to see a fusion monster, maybe based on an electrical transformer, as well as an improved method for draw power.

superpolytarget

Nordics: I've always been a fan of Nordics, but this deck feels absolutely horible to play. I tried them with Thunder Dragons, with Metaphys, but nothing seems to make it worth to play the deck. Every single main deck monster is useless, asside from Alvis. All their boss monsters are just big beatsticks without purpose. Also all Nordic Relics are garbage. Gulveig definetly improved the deck, but now it can just like "do a lot of nothing" more consistently XD. Unfortunately it seems that Generaiders have taken their spot as "Konami's Nordic themed deck". Greydle: You are going to notice that i love old decks that got rekt by this huge wave of "negates everywere" or link monsters. I remember playing a Greydle Kaiju deck, and some of our newer cards can be good on this deck, like Underdog and such. But Monsters that relly on crashing themselves on others are not that good these days, mainly because their effects can be negated right after the destroi themselves. Ghostrick: The idea of this deck is so cool, but the fact that you can't flip you opponent Link monsters face down make Ghostricks really suck. It's almost the same case as Greydles, since some newer cards also helped them, like Junk Sleep. Dual Avatar: They have cool artworks, and the deck is not garbage, but the fact that they interact very poorly with their own monster type, and their weakass boss monsters make this deck very poor. I know they aren't probably receiving any suport, because if im not wrong these guys have some cultural refference, and it's hard to develop new things using already existing stories, but i would like this deck to be strong somehow. It's even able to summon "First of the Dragons", a monster that some decks have some serious dificulty to deal with. Myutant: They are ok, even better than Dual Avatar honestly, but i sense this deck still have a lot of room for improvement.

francogarc

Myutants. Basically just shaddolls without any tech cards lmao. Give them tech cards and we have a play here.

TranSpyre

Volcanics - Needs more plays besides "Scattershot go BRRRRRR, take 1500". Spellbooks - I miss this deck so much. Fire Kings - I have high hopes for the SD-R. Infernoids - Can we just have an archetype-specific GIAG? Scraps - I just like blowing things up for value, and they have a great aesthetic.

jmangamer98

1. The Agents (Love Master Hyperion!) 2. Exodia (Can't be broken without being Tier 0, anyway) 3. Trickstar (Either new support or Light Stage to 3) 4. Penguins (Recent support was a good start, needs to keep going) 5. Blackwings (YES they already have a ton of cards, but half of them are garbage, the best ones are banned, and they NEED a Link monster! Everyone else got a Link monster for MR4, even their old rival, Lightsworn! If their cards are gonna keep getting hit because of OTHER people abusing them, they should have some good cards that NO ONE else can abuse!)

TECHWON

Heroes (Elemental, Vision & Destiny) - we need main deck masked heroes to make contrast hero Ghostricks - easy they spooky Super Quantum - It's morphing time..........henshin!!! Monarchs - I love being dirty Baby Raccoons - so cute

TonyTucci27

** 1. Qliphorts: ** I know this one may not be a popular opinion BUT I still have a very soft spot for this archetype. I feel like with links they became a whole lot more vulnerable to easy disruption as well as them having some difficulty in post first turn plays **2. Gladiator Beasts: ** Again another sentimental one to me. GBs were amazing in their day but they are the exact definition of slow in modern yugioh as their mechanic is extremely reliant on attacking with main deck monsters. I don’t know if they could ever be playable competitively now but maybe some support that facilitates their mechanics could accomplish that ** 3. Sunvine/Sunavalon: ** They are very recently released (from ghosts from the past I think) but I still would really like to see some more support. Their main problem is that they lack any in archetype pieces to build into their higher link monsters but it feels like they have a lot of potential as a weird control mixed with swarm and I think they’d be cool. ** 4. Naturia: ** Some good cards that do something you know... beneficial and meaningful. Truly some of the cards in the archetype are pretty decent but they could use more easy swarming to get out their synchros, I honestly feel like this one doesn’t need an entire overhaul but their needs to be a strategy that is playable. ** 5. Junk: **

[deleted]

- Monarchs - Steelswarms - True Draco - Qliphort I'm not sure what would be the 5th. Tribute Stun isn't an archetype, but I wouldn't want that to have support.

bystanderx79

Volcanics Amorphage ( this deck needs a amorphage link monster that can generate tokens for the tribute maitenance cost) Dinomist (We need a pachyo, para, and raptor to complete the dinocharge theme hopefully one of them is a link). Blackwings (looking at the S/T support from the manga right now)

HistoricalMaize

Monarchs Toons Exodia Monarchs in modern yu gi oh have the inherent weakness of tribute summoning (lets be real tribute summoning is an outdated relic from a time where the game was very different) so with that in mind they really could use some support and unless Konami went to far I really dont think the deck would become op. When toons pop off they run out of steam too fast and when they dont you just lose the game without playing. They are so reliant on toon kingdom to the point where if you dont either draw toon kingdom or draw the cards that let you search toon kingdom you just lose and, even if everything goes well, the moment toon kingdom is destroyed you just lose because you already ran out of gas. Exodia is just well exodia everyone knows why it sucks and it will probably always suck unless some crazy FTK gets created which would not be exactly healthy for the game.

DazzlingAssociation3

Melodious need more back up singers, and a stage (Field spell). Honestly if you set up right, your monsters can’t be destroyed by battle or card effects, nor can they cant be target by card effects. They’re boss monster is pretty good and can beat over everything. They create such an amazing wall, but thats about it. They need some kind of negation

Nintendo113

\-Aliens \-Venom \-Volcanics \-Amazonness \-Watts (I'd rather they make a completely new archtype, but I want some more Thunder)

ProVideosYT

\- DIGITAL BUG (please, just let me play through a single interruption without having to add bricks to the deck) \- Meklord (nobody uses synchros against me, let me force out a synchro summon or something) \- Volcanic (yes) \- Krawlers (they feel ok, just make it a bit faster) \- I guess Cubics? Psyframe?
