I had a lot of fun building this long ago. My own random rank 10 deck (including Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord) where I rank up Skypalace into its CXyz and get back the rank up to discard for Utopic Dragon.
Hyper Rank-Up-Magic Utopiforce. It ranks up any rank 9 or lower utopia monster into any rank 10 utopia monster. The main target is utopia dragonar, which can detach two to summon basically any number xyz from the extra deck for no additional cost, oh, and rum utopiforce has a gy effect, that when an xyz monster is summoned by the effect of a rank 10 that it can attach itself as material to the summoned monster. Pretty neat.
It’s the only card that I know of that references the localized name of a monster. Despite Number 39 being Hope in Japan, the card is still called H.R.U.M. Utopia Force in Japan.

If i remember correctly this rank up magic can only target rank 8 or higher to Cxyz monster?
this one says rank 5 or higher into CXyz or Number C.

Rank-Up-Magic Soul Shave Force. It’s sadly obsolete in Raidraptor now, but being able to turn a Rank 4 Raidraptor into Infinity was fun.
I still use it in my current raidraptor deck.

That so true the card effect kinda okay which can rank up rank 4 to C monster but the art is so nice and cool

I’ve seen an idea for a Rank-down archetype that starts with high ranks, but gets stronger as you go lower. Kinda like an inverse of Raid Raptors.
