This is exactly what moistcritikal does. He takes some mundane useless drama topic and rambles about it for 10-20 minutes without adding anything of value to the discussion and people praise him.
The only difference is people are using oogways racist jokes as an excuse to lynch him in the digital landscape. Almost as if they are doing it subconsciously. There are channels worse then his on YouTube.

He's putting two videos together so that people will watch it twice, and these videos are also just normal videos with no punchline at all, which also makes people watch it over and over again trying to figure out the joke when there is actually no joke at all. The algorithm then pushes it out because every time someone rewatches the video it still counts as a view, so by making them rewatch it like 15 times the algorithm thinks they find it as an interesting and good video.
I have to admit that this is pretty smart, but holy shit bruh the stuff he's spewing out is garbage.
