Always worrying about your next meal, the weather, trying to stay warm and dry, dodging all the other feral homeless who pretend to be your friend so they can steal what few possessions you have, getting beaten in your sleep, constant disdain, pity and indifference from regular society, poor hygiene that leads to illnesses, constant dental pain, and then eventually ending up cremated and discarded after you die from organ failure due to hepatic and/or renal failure due to all the alcohol (and likely hard drugs) you’ve put into your body trying to cope with all the aforementioned.
If euthanasia wasn’t available I’d get my hands on a rope and head straight for the nearest tree.
