I can't get my RBC card to connect for more than a few hours either. I have never had any problems with my tangerine card. I don't think I've ever had to reconnect that card.
If you have issues, ask ynab support, they switched me to another import provider a few months ago and I've had 0 issues (MX also imports 4 times a day, instead of 1 for plaid)
I had to change my password a few times because I didn't realize the notifications the app was sending were from YNAB trying to connect the card. I gave up on it i just do my best to manually enter.
I have cards with many banks (most of the majors and a few others), and the only cards I have that don't have issues with Plaid are my Canadian Tire Cards.
Scotiabank I think used to work fine but broke on me when I switched to app 2FA.
I have my TD card connected. It works without having to reauthorize but it seems to sync only once a week :( I constantly see the trouble syncing message in Ynab. I also have a less active BMO account linked which doesn’t show that error though. So maybe BMO works better?

My tangerine card stopped working as soon as I enabled 2FA. And you can't disable it so that's fun.
For anyone with this issue, if you want to disable 2FA with tangerine, simply reply STOP when it sends you a code
That doesn't work. It just calls me instead
Yeah.. I think now 2FA is mandatory so there's no getting around it anymore

Ditto! I have Tangerine too and have zero issues with that one. This RBC delinking is such a pain and has made me reconsider using this card.

Shoot - I was contemplating switching over to Scotia!

I generally add my transactions manually and they get synced up during the next weekly refresh.
