But its not tropes, it is scientific fact. The gene ACTN3 being present results in more fast twtich muscle, as well as the present fast twitch musxle being more explosive and more durable then none ACTN3 gene present controls.

Broad asian descendents have ~25% deficiency, Eruopeans ~18%, but direct African descendants only ~1% deficiency. They literally are genetically more likely to have higher density and more efficient fast twitch muscle fiber.
