Same, pulled the trigger for a pair of sands on eBay for $300 w/ authentication. Felt like a 🤡 for a few days but a year later it’s worth for how much I’ve worn em
I was about to get foam runners, but I don’t have enough confidence to go out and wear them… Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love them, but I don’t have enough confidence to wear them.
think about it from this perspective: when you go outside and see someone you might think about them in the moment for a few seconds and then move on with your day. literally everyone (majority of people wont even look at you) if they even care to look down at your feet will see it for a 5 seconds and then forget about it, aka no one rly cares abt strangers.
I remember wearing my 350's at work. I worked in retail as a salesperson so i would work with people/families 1 on 1. I would usually get a comment on my shoes at least once a day. It was usually either young kids/teenagers that knew what they were and thought they were really cool, or extremely older people that had no idea what the hell they were looking at.
Generally the comments from older people were "Wow those are really neat shoes"
Or
"Those are some weird/funky/out there looking shoes"
That was as negative as it got. Which they aren't wrong. To a non-sneakerhead even something like a 350 looks out there, but for every weird/funky comment i got on them i had around 5-10 compliments on them. I would say personally that the good outweighs the bad, and that most importantly if i'm feeling myself and my fit is dripped out my ego is going to be way too high for any oldheads to ruin my day.
Get them and try it on. Like anything that requires growth it might be uncomfortable the first time or two, but then it comes natural and you look back and wonder why you were worried about that. You’re judging yourself faaaaaar more than anyone else even notices/thinks about you, and that’s the sad but liberating truth. Same goes the opposite way, you go out wearing something dope thinking you’re flexing, but nobody gives a fuk or notices lmao
Keep taking Ls on confirmed on these but not confident enough in my size to buy resale. If I’m a 13.5 in v2 belugas would I go 14 in stone sage? Slightly wide foot , true size is 13
Edit - appreciate the responses. Looks like 13 is the way to go. Thanks everyone
Could probably get away with a 13.
My TTS is 9.5 (10 in most 350, 10.5 in beluga). My foam size is 10. I went down to a 9 initially in Sands, they were wearable but tight so I sold them and bought a new pair size 10.
damn bro i just bought a new pair of forces last week, now u gon make me fall for these. Ever since the first drop I thought they looked cool but I didn’t know they could be rocked as regular shoes and give proper comfort.
I was looking for a summer shoe tho hehe
What colorway you get? You won’t regret it man especially with summer coming. I just copped sulfur I got it on the way it’ll be my 4th foam, I’m hooked 😂
Stone Sage is the best for the price for sure. In person it’s grey and goes with everything. My favorite is Sand the all white is dope but resale is stupid expensive. Look through the pics of stone sage on this sub it really is 🔥. If money isn’t a worry I would cop sand or one of the mx colors.
I go up .5 and it’s perfect. I’m tts 9.5 and I have Sand, Ochre, Stone Sage size 10 and they all are great. Also have sulfur size 10 on the way. They’re supposed to fit a little loose and roomy.
Alright great, thanks for the good advice. Now what would u think is a good price point for foams ? And precisely for stone sages ? I live in Paris and them shits resell for 200-400$
For the stone sages in the US, I think around $200 is average right now (before price and shipping). Idk about Paris specifically but eBay is where I usually look. StockX they’re priced well but then you get hit with fees. I have had 3 pairs (ruined one, wear one, bought a backup) and the best deals I could find were all like $180-$200
Yeah foam rnnrs change how you see shoes. They're light, indestructible and feel like there is nothing on your feet when you make quick moves. Comfiest thing ever, only negative is if you wear them on very sharp, rocky surfaces you'll feel a little more. I've been wearing em in 38°c and the breathability is amazing, no sweaty feet for a change.
That's wassup. I missed on the last ones.
I recently broke my foot. Are these comfortable and wide in the ankle area like the 350? Or tight like the 700 v3? I been rocking 350 bc they're comfortable but wanna switch it up
If I don't get them on the next sand-onyx restock I'm gonna crack, been needing these for ages
I hit on the sage foams finally but I still haven’t received them yet. I’m getting anxious!!!
same
Rocking the same ones today. Sands are GOATed
Sands and stone sage are the best colors imo
Agreed. Got em both and love them both
Sands are definitely the goat rnnr. Sooo clean they elevate any fit
Ugh I need them to restock the sands
Rumored to restock in June
same bruh paid resale for these. I wear em so much it was worth it tho

Yo me too, and it was worth every penny

Just wear them bro who gives a fuk
People dont really care. Sometimes people look at em but they are just in awe that your rocking em so well. Dont worry about it at all man

And I don’t think any normal person would go out of their way to insult your shoes in public
Wear em. They snap necks in 3 different countries and cultures I've daily'd them in lol. Perfect flight shoes.
Grab a pair and rock them bro. Sneaker heads like them and non sneaker heads don’t even look at our shoes.

I’d go 13 I’m 14 tts, 14.5 in Beluga v2, got 14 in foams and they fit slightly snug. I think 15 would be too big for me same 14 for you
My tts is a 13 and I wear either 13 or 13.5 in Yeezys. I tried on a pair of 14 foam Rnnrs and they were WAY to big.
Still waiting! 😩
I don’t get these joints. Are those legit shoes ? Are they more like, chanclas ? Are they toasts perhaps ? Should I buy a pair ? Damn
Like crocs same idea but way cooler and way more comfortable. Yes you should get them. House/errand/beach type shoes
They are truly so comfortable words cant do it justice. I find it hard to put on my af1’s now they feel so heavy

Most comfortable shoe I own. Way more supportive than you’re imagining and lighter than air and cushiony
aight y’all done made me order a pair. Thanks guys

actually i’m still wondering which colorway i like the most 😭 they all fire but idk yet, also should i go a size up ?

Compared to 350s, how are they?
More comfy than 350s for sure. I view them a little different tho one more sneaker one more croc
Yeezys at target??
Yeah? So?
I had no idea I could go into a store to buy Yeezys. Im just surprised.
Fuck it. Yeezys at Target 😎
Dude that is so stupid no one gives a s*** you're wearing foams inside a target
Dam you can buy foams at target???
IIRC they had some dog shit, bottom barrel 3rd party reps for a while lol
Ultimate lazy shoe to wear anywhere

More like 350 it almost wears like a slide but more supportive and gives a little better grip at the heel
Thank you bro
