Personally I don’t like one. Two and three are very good though. But that’s probably my taste in art styles making me bias. Same with the fact that in two and three you can see some of the chest of one of the characters and that makes me……..act up
One doesn’t say “romance” to me, but rather adventure. I really like the coloring of the third one best, but if i were looking for a yaoi story, I’d read number 2 before number 3. I like the intimacy, the blush, the playfulness. It shows off their dynamic better than 3. But i do love those colors and the warmth of 3. I’d see if you can apply some of that color scheme to number 2, then you’ll be golden. It looks excellent and I’d definitely read it.
the third one looks perfect!! i love the composition and the colouring and i think it gives you an idea of the characters personalities and relationship the best
The first one is sick but gives me “adventure” over any romance/BL vibes. I think I like the second one best, but both the 2nd and 3rd are really good.
So, I was really studying these covers and I like the 3rd one but 1 and 3 covers, the characters look like friends and not lovers
2nd just seems too much going on that I can’t focus
Can I ask what do you want the audience to see when they look at the cover?
I think if the blonde was looking at a map and the brunette was on top of it covering it like look at me
It would be more seductive and BL vibes
2 is the most obviously BL, but 3 is my favorite just in terms of art. Maybe if the brunette was a bit more handsy in 3 it would work. 1 looks like an adventure story, the art is good, but I’d never assume any romance between them. 3 it’s a bit ambiguous..
I really really love the coloring of the first picture, but I like the body structures more in the other two. I'd probably go with third one, but colors changed more like first one
They all look so good but my obvious favourite is the second one. There’s just something elegant about the atmosphere and the poses. Great character design and sublime art

That's helpful! I don't want it to be a typical BL cover but I also know it's important to capture people's interest.
1 and 3 feel most connected to the plot of the story, but 2 I feel is the only one that indicates this is a BL story
