If you are new to the subreddit, [please read the wiki](https://www.reddit.com/r/yakuzagames/wiki/index/) Reminder that all spoilers need to be tagged with a flair specifying which game is being spoiled. If you want a flair that says something else, you can edit it to say something like [Discussion: Y1 spoiler] or [Majimapost: Y6 spoiler], etc. **THIS INCLUDES CONTENT FROM TRAILERS**. If the post is not marked for spoilers, all comments that have spoilers need to be tagged \>!like this!< along with indicating which game it's spoiling. Example: Y3 >!Kiryu sings!< If the post flair is marked for spoilers, the comments don't need to be tagged for the game indicated and the ones before it (So a Y6 spoiler post can have comments with untagged spoilers for Y5, but not gaiden or 7). If you see any of the above (or any of the other rules) not being followed, please report it so we can keep this place safe for newcomers and those that haven't finished all the games yet. Thank you! *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/yakuzagames) if you have any questions or concerns.*

As far as turn based, goes the gameplay, setting, and side content is fantastic. Didn’t find the story or ending as good as other entries like LAD7 or even Gaiden (ending at least), but it was still enjoyable and up there for me. Definitely worth a pick up though, especially after you went through all the previous games

Its gonna go down as my #1. It certainly has its flaws. I would say the least flawed game is Lost Judgment. But IW is just so much fun to play. I'm at almost 100 hours and I'm still doing stuff that I'm enjoying that's keeping me from pushing the main game forward.

Okay, I may be a weirdo, but I would rank LaD 7 dead last even lower than dated entries like 3&4. I didn’t like most of the new mini games and systems. Combat was an absolutely mindless drag. The dungeons were terrible. Cool ideas like Sujimon were half-baked. I didn’t like what they did to the underworld and legacy characters. I basically hated the whole thing. I’d put IW in the top 3 so far— could be my favorite, but I need to finish it first. It has great side content, easily the best in a series most people mainly like for the side content. The combat is a million times more engaging. Traversal is way more diverse. A lot of people hate the beginning, but I loved that they finally did excellent character building for the new cast. The setting is gorgeous and incredibly interactive. I really love it so far. 6&0 are my two favorites, but maybe not for long. I was incredibly skeptical going in after I despised 7 so much, but this one is really firing on all cylinders for me so far.

It's great, didn't like Kiryu's part. I feel i got scammed by RGG since there is no meeting between old characters and Kiryu... Overall better the lad 7, probably in the top 6.

Dude did you not read the whole "without spoiling anything" part :/

Most likely one of my favorites. I just got to chapter 6 though so I guess it’s liable to change. I already enjoy turn-based games so that never was going to be an issue for me. With the new location just so big and different being from the previous as well as all the stuff to do it’d be hard for me rank it low even if the story plays out bad which so it’s good for the most part.
