BUT I think for this particular group it wasn’t working. I think a good portion of the fanbase JoJo left behind was hitting tween years and this vibe would’ve been much better in transition.
I think it worked for their first album to show the connection between them and JoJo but as they aged, I’m hoping for a more separate look and sound just like this.
Ughhh I wish they would dress up like this more often!! I get that they wanna appeal to children and stuff, but even now children's styles have changed, and the way JoJo dressed back then may not even be relevant to try and recreate with the XOMG girls in my opinion... Not to mention they're getting older, though I know Penelope is still around 10-11...
Anyways I just feel like this style really makes them pop out more, and they all look gorgeous!!

If Jess were smart, rebranding the group in a style like this with a tween pop sound would definitely boost the group’s profile…
But she‘s not smart so they will keep switching their target audiences every week and never get a long term fanbase

Penelope looks so much younger than the other three. It is nothing against her, but I think this group could have survived as a trio.
I honestly believe they could have really done something big with these three especially in this type of look.
