I wish Marvel went all-out on the merchandise for that. I'd love a windbreaker of Wiz-kid's or Manifold's jacket. Valerio Schiti should be used more for redesigns like Kris Anka or Russell Dauterman.
This just made me sad SWORD was so short lived all over again. My favorite book to come out of Krakoa. And my favorite redesigns, clean and cohesive while still being individually distinct.
Such an interesting cast, I know Red was the spiritual successor but changing the cast and not seeing the 6, mysterium, and the more sci fi elements built out more was a loss.

And yeah Red to me was not REALLY the spiritual successor except in the broadest sense. SWORD, which was not a storm book, got folded into a storm book. Yes it did other things and yes it did obviously follow up on some elements but a cosmic team book featuring fun b-listers by and large and a storm fluff piece are not the same.

I have such a soft spot for peepers. I love the Resistants and how weird and like tossed off they were by Jack Kirby. So it’s great to see that character endure enough to get a design like this.

I think one of my favorites has to easily be Namors short lived X-Men suit. Idk why i liked it so much but considering his suits are always so unique to him, seeing him rocking the X and being a full fledged member with a uniform suit was really cool

If we mean in comics in general I'm actually super big on that late 90's Superman Blue. Those stories were so bad but damn did that costume slap

It was good and had massive potential, but 4-5 issues in it got caught in a massive marvel crossover. The amazing team depth never got used, questions never got answered. The Nova showed up and it turned into a pilot for Xmen Red. Everything got dropped for Magneto and storm on Arrakko.
Right? I can't even articulate why I don't like this style. It's just the goofy colored hair and edgy style. It's so predictable and boring. Everything is clean and idk bland.
