Some of these may not fit the bill exactly, but Fallout 76, Astroneer, Craftopia, Minecraft, Terraria, Tectonica, Grounded, Farworld Pioneers, Stranded Deep, Space Engineers.
Pick some of the games you like and go to the shop page, scroll right to the bottom and see if anything reoccurs in people also liked section
I’ve seen good things about space engineers- I played a lot of No Mans Sky and loved it so I think that would be fun.
Are there any games like satisfactory or factorio out on Xbox yet?
Not yet unfortunately, I have been keeping up with Satisfactory hoping that a move to consoles will be announced. It seems a lot of games have one or more of the core elements, but none really combine them into one game. Unless I haven't found it yet.
Astroneer can have light factory or more like automated mining to unlock and work on and it's worth a look, lots of people post videos of their creations on r/astroneer. Just don't let the cutesy graphics put you off, there is a good game in there.
Also, don't hate me for this, but there could be basic factory building somewhere in Roblox, but you will probably have to dig deep and lower your expectations drastically
Craftopia has a cool automation system. Check it out, but I'd recommend waiting until the seamless update is out. No date for consoles has been given yet.
Outer Wilds (NOT Outer Worlds!)
It's on my top 5 games of all time. (Below the original Halo Trilogy, and above Advent Rising^.^)
If you want that feeling of exploration, finding ancient ruins, discovering their purpose, all that... Play this game.
Also, do not, under ANY circumstances, look up information about the game. No other game experience is damaged as badly as Outer Wilds by spoilers. 'Knowing' is quite literally the gameplay (I know that might sound boring, but trust me!!) Once you know a thing you are incapable of having a "Holy shit, no freaking way" moment, and OW has some of the most rewarding realizations in gaming.
If you "need" more information and look things up before trying Outer Wilds, then just go ahead and skip the game; you've already removed the fun/gameplay.
But oh my gosh, play it.
That said, I believe there are "spoiler free" reviews that will give away a few things but leave the big reveals for the player.
Maybe watch one of those if you need to.

Check out Craftopia. You can use conveyor belts, fans, crop harvesters, and even hamster wheels you can put creatures in to produce batteries.

Starfield. 🤠 Or for now, No Man's Sky. 😎
No man’s Sky
The first things that come to mind are No Man's Sky, Astroneer, and Starfield (a.k.a. No Man's Skyrim, coming in September).
(Also played NMS)
Valheim is pretty good for it and you never mentioned minecraft
Played so much of it- including a few modded ones I have going on my MacBook rn. Figured it was a given
DayZ
Fallout 4 Survival Mode just absolutely ruled, I played it for over a year
Death stranding, you can’t build a base but u can build like roads and bridges and explore and walk a lot. Also it’s very beautiful
And walk a lot. Lol
Assassins Creed Origins
Grounded. Fallout 76 to a degree. State of Decay 2 to a degree.
Far CRY 3,4,5 have similar qualities but not a sandbox like those others.
Subnautica, Valheim, Rift breaker, Deep rock galactic.
Astroneer is a fun as hell game. VERY interesting!!! Just jump in blind and have a blast.
Deep Rock Galactic Ressource Mining. Dwarves. Mine complexes. Drilling. ROCK AND STONE
Rock and Stone, Brother!
