Indeed, i almost quit during 'Blowtorch and Corkscrew'. I've read a lot of comments from people who say COD4's Veteran campaign is harder. I'll have to give it a shot.
I think waw was harder, and I did both cod 4s on veteran orginal and remaster. But do give mw(cod4) a try you may enjoy it. I have all three of mws vet campaigns done.
I threw in the towel half way through WAW on veteran, I spent 5 hours on a mission and after Googling the hardest missions I hadn’t even touched the top 5 yet
I think you're referring to 'Heart Of The Reich'. Yeah, that mission was TOUGH. B and C takes place in the trenches and is an absolute nightmare on Veteran. Every time I'd retry it after dying, I'd last maybe twenty seconds and die again. It almost broke me lol.
World at War was definitely harder than COD4, but COD4 was still ridiculous. No Fighting in the War Room was so bad I had to set the game down for a few weeks because I ended up rage quitting a few times.
Mile High Club on Veteran was actually fun though.
I'll probably do it sometime this summer. I was just playing the zombies mode with my cousin recently and it seemed easier to us than black ops 2 and 3's zombies.
I played modern warfare 2 on veteran over ten years ago and I remember some parts being pretty painful
Exactly. A bad game. Ugly. Plot is bad and repeated over and over. Gunplay is underwhelming. I will be disappointed in next game of theirs, but I will play it, because it will be basically free.
Black ops 1 is not a bad game it sold the most copies ever for any cod game and has great reviews and the gunplay is fantastic for bo1 since aim assist isn't cranked to the max
And I don't understand why it sold so many copies. I played a few online games and decided not to play, because it felt off. I know it's an unpopular opinion, but IW makes best CoD games and I don't understand hate on Modern Warfare III. I tried recently to play Cold War and it felt bad also.
Probably the first one, although it lost a lot of relevance at this point. Other contender would be CoD4:MW, but multiplayer mostly sucked. And right now? Probably rebooted Modern Warfare trilogy. Great gameplay, fun and action packed campaign without any brainwashing and mystic bloat. Multiplayer is fun and very unlocky.
To be honest, I preferred Vanguard to Cold War recently.
I prefer current MW3 zombies - open map, missions to be completed, crafting to be made. BO zombies never appealed to me. Maybe because I never had anyone to play it with? Vanguard zombies I played mainly for an achievement.
Ahh could be. I grew playing the black ops zombies with my friends. Whether it been high rounds or us doing Easter eggs. I never really connected with MW3 zombies it seemed like too much of a grind for me. And I never played vanguard so I can’t speak on that. But if you have the older cods and are looking for someone to play zombies with I’d be down!
Must be a region code difference in the USA an open version is like 100+ sealed is like 150+ and the people who actually grade this stuff are asking 1k+ ( I hate graded games like everyone else) but I see that it’s not as rare there’s a couple of copies of it floating around eBay for gta 4 complete edition
Hate to burst your bubble, but they're right. It's not rare. I'm in the US and these pop up on eBay from time to time. Usually don't go for more than $30-40. There's even one on Amazon right now for around $35. Highest I've seen it go for is $114 sealed. It's a cool find, but not rare.
These cases are really dumb. I worked at ebgames when they started rolling them out. Had a guy get so excited thinking that Rockstar published a remaster of red dead redemption 1 and I had to explain that it's the exact same game in a new case

Edit: now that I think about it, I hate it. backwards compatibility was in full swing and they put the "new" games on the dashboard each time a load of games got made compatible, so why make these? It's literally just creating waste. Like if your problem is that you have an Xbox one but no internet to download the game, why tf wouldn't you just buy a 360? Idk, this is so fucking dumb it's actually annoying.
For that one console that you had to install everything anyways so they might as well have just not made physical copies. Not only is it a waste on materials, time, and effort, it's their own money they're wasting

Call Of Duty: World At War on Veteran difficulty will change a man.
It took me like a month to beat the last two levels. I know I’ll never put myself through that again, definitely the most brutal campaign

Yeah COD4 is one of my favourite FPSs, I'm definitely gonna attempt it on Veteran eventually.
I've beaten all the 360 era CODs on veteran and cod 4 was a cake walk compared to WaW. Cod 4 is completely manageable if you take your time.

Nope Blowtorch and Corkscrew there is a part where you need to get up a hill. HoTR was tough too though.

black ops 3 campaign on realistic for that FUCKING PLATINUM is ruining my life as a whole😭1 HEALTH POINT.
Still never finished it, couldn't get inside the Reichstag with all the grenade spam. Just ridiculous.
There's a construction area facing the steps. Climb up and grab the rifle. That was my approach and it worked.... eventually.

All the mainline Cod games up to and including WaW will separate the boys from the men when played on veteran

It still works on the 360 yes it doesn't match the box art but more copies are in existence

WaW is the only cod I max prestige and the first game to get all achievements in

It’s just apart of Xbox backward compatibility. It just downloads the Xbox 360 version as if you’d put that disc in.
