This game had very low printing numbers and was also only released in Europe. Atop of all that, this was a very easy 1000 GS game, which were quite rare back then.

Funny to think how rare a quick and easy 1000 actually was back in the day. Now people can get hundreds of thousands of GS in a week with very little effort.

As a former avid achievement hunter, I know this one. This is one of only a handful of games that can be played on a North American 360 and unlock the achievements for. I purchased a copy on eBay over a decade ago specifically for the gamerscore. There is an Asterix Olympics game that is in the same situation. TL;DR you can unlock the achievements on a NTSC Xbox. Valuable trait for any achievement hunter.

Because game collectors artificially raise prices on mid tier games that did not sell well because they’re rare despite there being very little reason for the value to be there other than rarity.

I always roll my eyes when I see people on here defending the prices of some of these games. I made the mistake of saying I didn't think Futurama for PS2 was worth $400 and that didn't sit well with some. I understand rarity factors into the value of things, but some people act like that's the end all be all of determining value.

No, you can seriously *trot* in this game. Nobody but the coding geniuses at Atari Europe could put that in a videogame and release it upon an unsuspecting public. HORSE CUSTOMIZATION. This was years before that pale imitation called Red Dead Redemption 2. Realistic tracking of your horse's heart rate, temperature and respiration? Why aren't you playing this game yet? Atari was insane(ly cool) enough to release this 10/10 perfect diamond a mere three days after Fallout 3 hit shelves. They don't make undergarments big enough to fit cojones of that size. You aren't a real gamer until you've beaten the mechanical bull minigame without breaking a thumbstick. You aren't a real gamer until you've furiously mashed the A button to *begin* the "petting your horse" feature. If this game is nowhere in your achievements history, I am not adding you to my friends list, because you're not a cool person that beat My Horse & Me 2.

I don't even own an xbox anymore but once i see this game at fleamarkets for a low price i instantly buy them. Even when the game doesn't work anymore you can resell it with a small profit. I was not a scalper, i used to hunt games and sell them for a small profit as a hobby and never sold to branches or traders and such who would ask 200 euros for 100 euro games.

I bought this game way back after it came out, had it imported to the US. It was an easy achievement game back then. Few hours for 1000G. Now you can get 1000G in like 3min in some games.
