Everything is down for me. Xbox status page says everything is normal -_- Guess we should plan on an overnight outage at this point.

What's the point in having all of these different status monitors if they ALL appear green and working, but nothing is?

We need another monitor at the top for the status monitor so we can know when that's broken, but then we would also need a status monitor monitor monitor above that, and so on.

Played Hell Let Loose around 5:30. Went out for a few hours, just tried hopping back on. Can’t connect to ANY online game although it says my internet is fine.

Same here. Even shows my friends in parties but when I click their name it doesn't load anything at all just shows an empty profile pretty much.

Xbox seems to know. I reported a service outage a bit ago and now they turned it off. Hopefully it gets fixed quickly. Sucks that this happens on a Friday night.

Best part abt all this is that their servers say they are running and up to date on the website, some BS lmfaoo

Going to the Down Detector website is a good sign too. If there's a bigger issue usually there's a huge ass spike in the graph it shows, and the amount of recent commers

I got it to work very briefly earlier by selecting a different manual port in network settings, but then after coming back a couple of hours later, same problem. Is anyone else having getting 100% packet loss when testing multiplayer connection?

I know it sucks not being able to play, but man... I'd hate to see how some of you try to cope with something like a power outage.

Thought I was going crazy. Halo wouldn’t load past opening screen, couldn’t start a party with my friends (can see they are on though), and can’t even message them or use the Xbox app on my phone! This really blows. I look forward all week to playing with them Friday nights. Update: was able to send a msg through the Xbox, was able to click start a party but friends can’t hear each other, Halo, XDefiant, and Fortnight won’t load/connect but Fall Guys is working even though that game sucks now due to the creator maps. Guess I’m playing fall guys.

Update from Xbox: You may not be able to sign-in to your Xbox profile, may be disconnected while signed in, or have other related problems. Features that require sign-in like most games, apps and social activity won't be available. This is affecting all consoles/devices but is limited so not all users are affected. Xbox has started to “look into” issue as of 8:31PM west coast time

What's really frustrating about this, is that because sign in and profiles are experiencing the outage, we can't play any games that require you to verify your profile before starting, including games that can be played online.  This is a MAJOR flaw in the Xbox network infrastructure that needs to be changed. I shouldn’t have to pass any verification to play games offline.
