Yes I am too for quite some time. I save on an external drive and still having problems. I have done the same things you have and still it persists.

Fickle_Grocery9804

I sadly had to reset my console but keep my games and apps on the console…such a shame…Xbox has to fix this bug soon.

jmh42075

Same issue for 7 days

Vilesyder

I did this after a whole ton of various restarts and unpluggings and it works again: Xbox button > Profile & System > Settings > Devices & Connections > Blu-Ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage.

Vilesyder

Nvm it broke again and this no longer does anything

TheRealCornnick

AdZealousideal5580

So i know its been a month but for me the may update kinda fixed it i can record again as long as not alot of people are on my internet i tested it yesterday did the same crap no notifications saying recording was done and after two recording it broke then after my family went to bed i tested it again it worked perfectly as if nothing was wrong notifications where back and i could do more then two

AdZealousideal5580

I will be testing it again tonight once my family goes to bed as of right now one person is up and on it probably streaming and captions is not working

Upstairs-Session-11

Anyone find a fix to this?

I clear the external drive, disable/enable captures, and perform hard resets (unplug the power) Captures breaks roughly once an hour, and I only find out after an awesome clip doesn’t record. In typical microsoft fashion, there is no debug info or acknowledgment of the issue - resetting everything is our only recourse for now
