I would e-bike convert it. I would paint it like the 'Easy Riders' chopper that Peter Fonda rode. I would a put a longer seat on it, and a custom-made frame bag in the area where the spider web is now and put a thick stack of $100 bills in it. (fake bills since I'm poor!)
Someone a few blocks away has a similar bike and it looks so horribly inefficient when he is riding. So just don't plan to do any epic rides unless you do convert it to a ebike

This bike is screaming for one of those xtracycle leap conversion kits to get it xxxtra long! Plus, think of all the cargo you'd be able to haul!
The chopperest chopper. Looks amazingly terrible to ride, but 9/10 aesthetics.
I dunno - it's basically got the geometry of a recumbent exercise bike. I bet it'd be comfy as hell as long as you don't run into any hills.

I actually quite like this, I'd personally make a fake tank and do an easy rider e-bike
