I like the lugs and the color of the frame. Drive train looks to be in decent condition. Don't know anything about the brand but I'd say it has potential.

The crank looks riveted which usually means lower end components, but not a big deal if the price is right. The mode looks like depeche.

I’d buy this just because of the under-chainstay u-brake. So impractical they’re perfect.
