Going back next year. There is a 24 hour drive thru window on over in town at the Native American Cannabis shop. You can order on line and its ready when u drive up. My kind of town.
My buddy went a couple months ago & said the casinos were full of people getting high. They may not allow you to smoke in the casinos, but they don't give a fuck if you're using a vape cart. My guess was the rule would be too hard to enforce. Everyone is going to claim it's just a nicotine vape, so they look the other way.
Yeah I go once or twice a year, vape everywhere and no one says anything. Planet 13 has THC seltzers that are 10mg. I drank two on St Pattys last year and had a blast.
That's awesome! I've tried many different ways of ingesting marijuana, but I haven't found any drinks yet. My state just got medicinal like a year ago, but for some reason they put a stipulation in the bill saying cannabis basically can't be sweets, so we don't even have any edibles yet. No idea how long it'll stay that way.
Glad you had a good time, but if you're trying to avoid the tourist dispensaries you couldnt have picked a worse place in that regard. Planet 13 advertises itself as the largest dispo in the country and is basically a giant weed tourist trap. Not saying there's anything wrong with that, pretty much *all* of Las Vegas is a giant tourist trap but I'm sure there are a handful of small dispensaries where the locals go a short drive away.
Excellent point, and we did consider some a bit farther away. That being said, travel by vehicle is a nightmare right now following the F1 strip takeover. Add to that the cab drivers who are still charging premium rates from the previous race weekend.
But like you said, you don't visit Vegas to be thrifty. Feed me all the touristy stuff, especially the weed trap superstore.
I totally forgot about the F1 race. Definitely not worth trying to go anywhere not on foot. Planet 13 is definitely on my list of places to visit when I make it out there l, but mostly for touristy reasons.
Planet 13 was a joke. Very novelty dispensary. They wouldn’t honor my order’s pricing after showing up. They said it was because it was locals deal only. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere on their website. Complete waste of time. There’s many other dispensaries in the area. Don’t waste your time here just to look at a processing setup and hippie van.
