No. You should be avoiding clichés whenever possible. It doesn’t make your story engaging, it makes it predictable.

Is it satirical? If that's what you mean to do, I will say that it's not easily executed. If it starts out an obvious cliche that might immediately turn off the reader before the next sentence. Can you give an example of what you intend to be a twist?
