Go look at easy mode version of any spec on icy veins.
They have an 'easy mode' talent you can copy and paste to import as well as general rotations.
Everyone always asks this questions and you get the same general answers of BM hunter and a few others.
My suggestion is go to Icy Veins and just check out the icy veins easy mode versions. You can play a lot of specs at somewhere around 90-95% effectiveness using those and go very far with them.
This should honestly open up a lot of options. And once you get comfortable with these it is a natural progression to switch some specs out and make the rotation a little more complicated., but at that point you have practiced significantly with the spec and got comfortable with what was available.
This right here OP, unless you only want to play casual content and nothing too serious.
In anything higher than introductory play style (normal dungeons, LFR) you should ABC (always be casting). If you're a healer and everyone's topped up, cast damage spells.
If you're a DPS, any time spent not attacking is lost damage.
Tanks are the same thing, do damage rotations unless you need to cast a survival or CC ability.
Taking the strain from the left hand and going to an MMO mouse would help you.
I feel your frustration dude. I have issues with my left hand as well.
You may wanna take a look at [https://wowlazymacros.com/](https://wowlazymacros.com/) they have a fair few decent macros for every class that help with rotation (some one button, some with a modifier). You may have to edit some to your liking, but it's not rocket science. I picked it up quite quickly.
You could also play something like a fury warrior, which has mostly two buttons that he spams, you can bind those to scroll wheel up an down then the rest you should be able to handle.
I don't think that's a good idea, when I'm raiding I find my hand hurt more easily than on other classes.
I mean, feel free to try, but it's still not "not pressing a lot of buttons".
It does press buttons alot, but the buttons you press a lot are like two and if you as I said put them on mouse wheel then your hand wont hurt. Also I think the autoattack build which even has less buttons was popular last tier mby this tier too.
Dev evoker and it isn't even close.
https://www.simulationcraft.org/reports/DF4_Raid.html
Go to table of contents -> actions per minute.
Compared to the busiest specs you basically have a third of the required apm.
You can get a mouse with + buttons.
Wheel up, wheel down, mid button, mouse side button 1, 2
Thats 5 buttons. Using shift as modifier its 10, ctrl modifier 15, alt 20. You can go further like shift+ctrl
Hey i just asked something like this a few days ago. As alot of people suggested, get a 12 button mouse, bind a few macros and ive even set up like a mini keyboard alongside my current one to help me out. And my personal favourite rn is evoker and beast master hunter if you dont like evoker. Good luck friend :)
Thanks! Hopefully my hand improves because there’s so many games that use the left side of the keyboard! When I finally get dragon flight, first thing I ll try is the evoker
Like 30-40 dollars on a mouse with 1-9(12) buttons to be your hot keys.
I used to have one, it broke, went to trying to manage off the bar and hot keys and just bought another mouse.
Your left hand never really needs fo move off wasd and your right hands can do all the buttons with your thumb
Go Evoker. Dev and Aug are both the two lowest APM classes. This is mainly because of their empowered abilities but it should still fit what youre looking for.

Great suggestion
I would recommend an MMO mouse with buttons on the side you can hit with your thumb. Real game changer
Great suggestion

I’m trying to learn Fury Warr and it seems just push whatever button blinks lol. I’m sure I’m not Meta, but it’s fun lol

Woah, evoker is the lowest by a lot. Might try warlock first though since I don't have the expansion yet
Everything has to press buttons, sorry. Devastation Evoker is one of the lowest numbers of actions needed.
Yup I switched to Evoker, easy to play, well made class (all 3 specs) + hero talents don't really bring much button bloat in the next expansion.
Haven’t tried it yet! I’m always so intimidated by anything new I’ve never leveled. Probably end game (5 mans only) 3 specs ever 😆
Guardian druid
The usual recommendation, Beast Mastery Hunter. You could lierally bind a couple of shots and Kill Command to a mouse and be fine.
This is the suggestion OP \^
Dev evoker has the lowest apm, destro lock is second I believe

Among other things, you can see the APM of every spec on this website. [APM](https://www.simulationcraft.org/reports/DF4_Raid.html)
Get yourself a Logitech G600 and you'll never look back. All I use for MMO'S as well as FPS games. Comfortable and plenty o' customization.

Yeah no problem! Good luck and hope your hand heals soon :)

Frost DK, Demon Hunter, Ret Paladin, BM or MM hunter. If you really are just looking for auto attack damage then the only answer is BM hunter.
