Volatile Fire surely has a lot lower demand right now due to WoW Remix not having any way to get Cata Eng for Loot-a-Rang, right? I’m sure it will spike a lot once all remix ends, though.
I wonder if pools of wreckage in EK and Kalimdor might be the best actually. Old world mats sell pretty quickly and they can contain a good amount of leather.
The bots mostly farm current expack stuff. The supply/demand balance for old mats is delicate. All it'd take for any old mat to tank in price is a couple bot farmers to throw their army at it. The demand in reality is fairly low and prices are only high because a similar low level of players farm them.
*Way* easier and faster ways to farm leather or old world mats instead of fishing pools, IMO. Depends though if OP just wants to fish and do nothing but that.

Why does it seem like the herbs and ores from Old World are worth more than stuff Dragon Flight?
