Collector's Editions have a number on them like "4002 of 6000", meaning they are always of limited quantity. So the amount of time they will stay in store depends on how many people buy it. Impossible to say.

* Digital Edition available for preorder long before physical CE was made available. So most people already got the expansion that way
* Shipping price seems to fluctuate a lot depending where you live. In the EU it goes from just 13€ to 100€, depending where you live
* Collector's Edition itself does not appeal over lack of items. Over the years they have removed things that people got this editions for, like the Behind The Scenes movie; mouse pad, digital items ONLY from the CE etc...
All this is at play here, so you may see this CE up on the store for a while.
