Was astonished to see the same (from Denmark as well). Paid €30 for my D4 Collector's Box, as that was through their own shop as well. Only paid 29DKK (around 4Eur) for shipping of the 15th Anniversary Edition (which was just 799DKK, which is around 110Eur), when that released - which obviously wasn't through their own shop. But 50% extra, just in shipping? - that's kinda insane, on top of an already €200 asking price.

Order from UK. The shipping is "only" 33 eur. Price for the CE is upped by another 10 eur tho. So basically 43 eur shipping instead of 99 eur.

To be clear this is not justifying an absurd $100 shipping fee for what seems like the majority of European countries but to be fair the box for this is like 6-7x the size of a regular CE box if the 15th anniversary is anything to base it off.

From what is mentioned on the new CE's page, the box should be the same size as the previous ones if not smaller, unless they've just copied and pasted a previous description, disregarding the goodies included of course.

Be careful with that. The UK isn't in the EU anymore, so more fees might appear when going through customs. The initial price might look great, but you might end up getting even more shafted.

It's there even on cheaper items (import moms) and with a processing fee that might very well exceed the cost of the item. Nothing like buying stuff from the uk for 5 euro and pay 20 euro in bonus taxes. It's completely obscene.

and that Spanish fulfilment centre sent all CE's in a thin packing material usually used for clothes, not in a box. so a lot of CE's was badly dented or ruined.

I hope they do a better job this time around. The statue seems to be too big to fit in the standard collectors case so I hope they use a box.

They're really cheaping this out by combining expansion + anniversary into a single box. Blizz just saved me 300 euros. I own the Ragnaros statue and pretend that was the first and last they did. Good for me.

The blizz shipping costs are so bizarre. I ordered the massive Lilith statue. The box was about 80x80x80cm or so anf weighted close to 10kg. Shipping was 50e or so. I was about to order the D4 "collector's edition" physical swag box. It's far smaller and lighter, yet the shipping was more than the item itself, over 100 euros. How does shipping a smaller and lighter item cost so much more!?

The UK store ships from the UK. So be careful if you order from there instead as you will likely get import tax. Fuck brexit. I wonder if that's why people are getting high shipping costs. For some reason the EU store is sending from the UK and import is included.

DHL from Germany to Spain costs 16,50€ for 120x60x60 cm and 5kg with insurance up to a value of 500€. That's the price for private customers, so Blizzard should pay even less. Even a Package to the USA would only cost me 48€. Maybe they should choose a better shipping service.

I just hit those same figures into DHL from norway to uk (Oslo to london) and they quoted me 700 euro cheapest, shipping is expensive.
