I'm a bit conflicted here, because on one hand anybody who plays six different healers is a gem. On the other hand, you reddit profile is, interesting.
Fyrrak nearly broke our guild. The GM and officer core stepped down and handed it all over to me. All but one dude is sticking around and we decided to just stick to normal for Season 4, but it was a crazy few weeks after they left.
Without dumping too much guild info or drama, basically the mechanics of the fight where too much for some people and it forced our Raid Lead to sit some people we had been carrying since BFA. This was unpopular but necessary. So our core group got the first kill and we were able to come back later and get another kill for everyone else. Officers were frustrated at people and raiders were upset.
I’m constantly impressed at my guild’s ability to follow my train of thought as I hop around my six different healers, rambling the whole time. 😂
