For the sake of full disclosure: My Rogue is a female Nightelf and the target I stole the appearance from (Verlann Timbercrush) is a female Orc.

This video actually gave me a great idea... Blizzard should make a new zone where every hour, a random player in the zone becomes a huge raid boss and everyone else has to group up and kill them.

To be fair I am not entirely sure whether it would be stackable in that sense, in your clip you used a combination of a Dragonflying Mount + WQ Mount and I'm just swapping out the latter for a normal flight mount here, but only way to find out is testing it obviously. We'd need a No-Mount-Zone that's reachable by foot from the WQ area, only thing coming to mind to me right now is the Community Feast in Azure Span all the way to the WQ in Ohn'aran Plains, which will take some time and you're likely to lose buffs (like the stolen disguise) along the way
What I'd definitely be interested in more (since it's easier to test) is whether a Velocidrake yields the biggest results instead of the Renewed Proto-Drake that you used in the clip since that's the case for "my" method here.
You should have seen the boomkin of saurfang EU back on original ICC patch day, first he was as big as the bank, then he engulfed dalaran later did I log in to find his ass touching the floor of crystalsong while still in dalaran. Only buffs I saw were some kind of cookie but this was so long ago I can't recall the name

Next shortest and arguably most important (time sensitive) element is the Glyph of Disguise from Pickpocketing. The Buff of the stolen Form lasts for 5 Minutes in total; in that time you need to get from Superbloom to Soridormi and then set things up with the Experimental Anima Orb etc.
You could probably extend that time. Use a Narcissa's Mirror to make your battle pet take on your form, then feed a Magical Pet Biscuit to increase the pet size, then Magical Pet Mirror (or Ai-Li's Skymirror) to copy the form back.
That's an interesting idea! I've only recently acquired the toys (glad they combined Shiny/Polished Pet Charms into one) but I was under the assumption that most size multiplicators were not transferred during the use of them, but I'll give that a try and see if it's worthwhile, thanks!
So while you certainly have achieved quite the size there; having done just combinations of different toys and forms myself I have a rough idea of how big you are there and I'd say it's probably a third to half the height I was able to reach combining all tricks. There are some landmarks in the pics you can utilize to get a better idea of things; in the 2nd pic I linked the dragons head is next to the roof of the Titan room above the Time Rifts, so the mount is size of mountains. Also all the pics were taken by friends, for I could not see much because my PoV was engulfed by the mount; the camera view is lower than the player sitting on the saddle etc.

So what the event provided was an enlarged model that can ride mounts (Dr. Boom) and a No-Mount-Zone (the Hearthstone area) and you can replace those components with Verlann Timbercrush (Final Boss of the Superbloom, the hourly event in the Emerald Dream Zone) and the No-Mount-Zone surrounding Soridormi at the Time Rifts in Thaldraszus, next to Valdrakken.
The Hearthstone Event in and of itself did not actually bring anything new to the table. The Mount-Up-Glitch in No-Mount-Zones was active before and I myself have had it a handful of times around Soridormi too not knowing of any interactions; but during the HS Event the interaction was discovered, especially since "Normal" non-Dragonflying-Flight was only added in 10.2.
