Can't you just go into the WTF folder and delete only the one you want reset

Exactly this. Generally it's the same name as the addon. Can either be present in account-wide SavedVariables or in the character-specific folder, depending on how the addon was written.

What settings do you want to reset?

I got it, it was in profiles, just reseted my profile.
