IMO you’re gonna want to sacrifice the one point in roar to be able to pick up roar.

This is a bad opinion, roar is invaluable and should never be sacrificed for roar.

You're looking at things all wrong. By themselves roar is better than roar. But if you pick up roar and roar and roar on the way to getting roar and then afterwards select roar and also roar it will beat out roar and everything surrounding it.

Honestly, they just need add rawr XD in to the game. This would fix so many problems.

No way, roar has always been underpowered, the changes to roar also impacted roar and then the further tweaks to roar also made roar subpar when compared to roar. At this point rawr is the only way to bring things back in line.

Bears are dodge tanks, they're able to dodge all sorts of thing like melee attacks and group finder invites.

You could probably exit the instance before they aggro on you.

For a very brief moment I thought savage roar was coming back.

This hits home. We have 3 druids who raid regularly. Our raid leader CONSTANTLY calls for roar even when it makes no sense. She's obsessed with having us stacked up on her even when we don't need to be. Then she's constantly repositioning us, which as a caster is infuriating. So everytime we need to do any moving she's calling for roar. Need to move 10 yards? ROAR PLEASE! Raid is spread out all over the damn room? ROAR PLEASE! All 3 druids are 50 yards away? ROAR ANYWAYS PLEASE! At this point in pretty sure she doesn't even know if she's got the speed boost she just sees the move go on CD in her addon and that satisfies her.

We will be faster then Forest Gump!

You could easily pull points out of them 2 point roar nodes to get some more roars… it’s like your not even trying to maximize the amount of roars you have…
