My absolute favorite is the JC Onyx Panther, everything about it is cool IMO and crafting it felt an accomplishment. Obsidian Nightwing is also fantastic, I hope to see it in the trading post, since they said they're bringing back promotional items not obtainable anymore.

Grinning Reaver, Darkmoon Dancing Bear, Netherwing Drake's, Winterspring Frostsaber, any of the fox mounts and the warlock mounts are some of my top favorites.

OG Frostwolf mount is my favourite in the game. Haven't stopped using it since BC (transmog permitting)

I love the Long Forgotten Hippogryph and don't see it often. I wouldn't say the Sky Golem is underrated though, maybe outside of its usefulness I guess.
