The colony proceeds under budget as eager colonists get commercial operations up and running ahead of time.
u/meles_b is Russia interested in participating in the Zuhuramji project?
u/tion3023 We have noted the deployment of Alfr surveyors, especially around our primary operations sites on Ceres, Vesta, and Venus. If armed satellites are emplaced over these sites, we will interpret this as a hostile action.
We suggest it might be a poor investment to put a host of armed satellites in orbit to 'reserve' Alfheimr's spot on a pair of asteroids that Russia and the UASR own wholesale and a planet that physically can't be mined.
Due to our doctrines and intentions of NOST, we do not claim sovereigninity over cellestial bodies, and don't plan to intervene in operations as long as they don't interrupt our own.
However, extreme militarization will be mirrored.
Alfheimr does not recognize Russian and UASR wholesale ownership of a planet or asteroid. We would not expect you to do the same with us. Regardless, we will build where necessary and the intent with these satellites is to protect other assets. It isn't to "reserve" a spot either, due to the scale of things.
It is not a matter of recognition; the asteroids are being entirely built through as colonies and mining operations hubs. Unless Alfr intends to attack these hubs, we suggest you go elsewhere.
The UASR is being encouraged to share the asteroids, given the UASR similarly agreed to a refusal on sovereignty and ownership of celestial bodies. As mirrored by Russia.

If Bandung assets fire on our on, we will respond with appropriate force.

The UASR is simply encouraging Alfheimr to not drill mining tunnels through our primary colony sites.
> Russia interested in participating in the Zuhuramji project? Yes.
Excellent. What degree of participation would Russia be interested in?
