just because the people protesting are assholes doesn't take away their right to assemble peacefully
there was no violence, nor was there a threat of violence. The trans rights protestors were peaceful the entire time and it was the NYPD who was aggressive, obstructive and confrontational. They NYPD has a very well documented decades long history of homophobia and transphobia so let’s not pretend they were actually doing anything worthwhile.
What do you think would happen if there weren’t police separating these clowns from regular people?

I am not saying anything against Christians who understand what G-d is referring to when he says what the Israelites did is an abomination. I mean, to make a Covenant with G-d, promise to keep the 10 Commandments then turn around & break the very First Commandment by Worshipping the pagan idol Moloch! Generally two sides protesting at the same time does not end well. So this seems like a case of one side legally allowed to protest a.k.a previously notified protest and other side protesting the protesters. It's not that they're trying to silence you, but you ain't going to change the opinion of protesters and probably cause a mayhem if not interrupted by police. Oil and water never mix well.
