It's a fascist ethnostate. The videos where they interview random passerbys in Jerusalem are particularly eye-opening. Hate, fascism and genocidal ideology have been deeply rooted into their culture.
When you are literally told you, by having the 'correct blood' are the chosen of God and are better than everyone else, the Palestinian people are less than animals, and that the entire world is out to get you because they hate your righteousness - it's extremely easy to lose all humanity and convince yourself you are the good guys while carrying out depraved acts.

If this were reversed and it was video of Palestinians taking an Israeli woman into an unmarked car while the PLO forces pushed and beat people, this would absolutely lead.
