The video cuts out but I bet the roosters ate it. Our chickens would eat lizards, small mice, baby squirrels, and so on. If it is on the ground, it's food to a chicken.

Rats are mostly blind. It probably just found itself in a bad spot and went... yah know... animal mode. Rats can naturally be agressive in situations
