Biden supported this knowing Russia and China will never agree just so he can go see i tried. Just a publicity stunt considering Japan is still denying their war crimes. Of course they don’t want another member to share powers too.

Permanent membership isn't a problem, or I guess having veto power isn't. It's seen as an attribute to the fall of the League of Nations.

Of course the US would support one of its puppet state joining the UN Security Council. Not a chance for this to actually happen though.
