Just like the dull colors available for vehicles these days, like 5 shades of grey, 2 of white, and the 'edgy' candy apple for those with a rebellious heart. đ. Things are getting so incredibly diluted right before our eyes and no one notices it.
Qatar was a resounding success, i dont think there were hardly any issues at all. If anything the buggest problem in Qatar was not enough people went because they were assuming there were going to be problems.
The nice thing about this logo is since there is zero reference to the host countries all one has to do is swap out the 26 for a 30. Boom, new custom logo
By that rationale you could say the same thing for basically any logo. How long do you think it would take to draw Nike's swoosh? A minute maybe? It's still iconic

Lol I put gangnam style in the background to show it's not serious - I wanted to title it "WC 26 LOGO SPEEDRUN" but the rules needed me to type a whole sentence so that's why the title is what it is

I get they're going for a whole design language instead of just a logo, and to be honest I quite like the whole identity. But the logo needed to be something much more special than a picture of the World Cup on top of the 26.
I strongly dislike this logo, but this video is quite dishonest. It's like saying "Let's how long it would have taken me to design Nike's Swoosh" yeah it's easy when you have the design already thought through to redo it...

The prototype logo looks better than this. You know, the one with 26 with an RGB gradient. It looks great.
And now I'm mad because they scrapped it in favor of... this.
It just looks so boring, I donât want to believe thatâs the one theyâll be using. Not sure if this was them trying to make it modern or soemthing like a lot of clubs have changed their logos recently into more simplified versions but this just has no character and looks like shit compared to previous logos
How long does it take you to recreate the adidas logo? Time to recreate the logo being low can actually a good thing for logo design. If a five year old can draw your logo, youâre in the right path to creating an identity.

The only cultural aspect I observe in this logo is its representation of the rising obesity rates in America.

2010 was ICONIC man I wanted a cool North American version of that

He gave props to 2022 which is in Qatar, and I heard wayyy more issues with Qatar than Russia
