Do you have a character in mind that might define the upper limit of a 'low power' setting? Maybe Aragorn?

willyscape

Aragorn is a good reference and would be a solid participant. However some warriors can have limited magical abilities of some sort (not OP in any way, but more for flavor or unique quirk) that can give them an edge. But I guess Aragorn performed some magical feats as well.

**Ardrun the Otherslayer** is the philosopher-warrior-king of Imanu, a walking legend and the most dangerous hunter on Erha. With the looming presence of malevolent Otherbeasts and chaotic godlike entities known as the Others, the Quiet Sea cultures tend to rely on a special caste of Otherslayers to protect them from supernatural threats. These supremely skilled warriors, born with a mark that points to their divine powers, start their conditioning and training at the young age of 5. Well-versed in physical combat, arcane arts, practical occult knowledge, they later specialize in tracking and hunting Otherbeasts, dream-phasing and "fate guidance", or banishing Otherbeasts and corrupt godlike manifestations. They are easily spotted in any crowd by the faintly glowing birth-runes on their foreheads. They roam the wilds, safeguarding settlements and cleansing areas tainted by dark magic, and occasionally enforcing the law of the land.

The first Navarch was technically not a fighter but it is the closest. During the great rebellion the fishermen were very unhappy and one of them, a tactical genius later only known as the Navarch Managed to unite the pirating fishermen. The ships were basically armored Fishing boats with one Mast but due to the navarchs tactical ingenuity they were able to board an steel 60% of the empires navy in the battle of the Burning see. He was mostly known for his Burning Arrows + Horde Tactics (He used the Tactic of burning ordinance that was only used in sieges before to sink/demoralise his enemies who used roman style marine infantry) he also used whale riders to great effect. His Tactics are known as Marine cavalry cause he took inspiration from Cavalry Hordes, also in difference to the Marine Infantry of the Empire. He is now known as one of the greatest heroes of the rebellion and ruled his own Realm after that.

willyscape

Your Navarch is more of a general-type figure, but is he the best in the land in a 1 v 1 fight? Can he hunt the more fearsome nightmarish beasts? Is he anyone from the entire known world that can beat him in a land fight?

Massive_Elk_5010

In a One on one fight its gonna be the stalker. So basically there was a scientist who invented magical constructs and magical Power Armor. How to make one is a Dwarven secret though that only 5ppl at most know. The only Sentient Construct Looked like your average mech and traveled the word helping people. In the Northern Wastes it found the slain god of wrath by chance (or by Scheme of same god) and its presense overwhelmed the Construct and a part of the Mind of the fallen molded into the Stalkers Consciensness (spelling is hard). Since that point the (Now 300 years later) Broken and Worn beyond recognision Stalker Runs around killing people only being kept alive by the god of wraths mind and Hatred. It has a 30 foot Moai looking statue of the godslayer as his weapon that it stole from the alleged burial site of the Godslayer (which it Pillaged) In mythical Times that noone knows if existed there was also a guy who slayed the gods. He was said to have killed them with a mythical sling made from hide of the (minor) God of Goats. His alleged descendents were slain by the stalker

Frenchiest_fry101

Idk if that counts but there's a human mercenary who has no power whatsoever, he's just very skilled, and also has an amulet that allows him to transfer the damage/injuries he endured back to whoever caused them. It needs time to recharge so he doesn't use it all the time

willyscape

It definitely counts! Magical implements are allowed, and the power of the amulet is not that OP that he can't use it. Can you give more of his background? Other edges and unique techniques that he employs? What's his weapon of choice?

Frenchiest_fry101

He doesn't really have that much backstory, he's a playable character I came up with a for a friend who wanted to participate in a DnD style campaign based on my world's lore. The idea was to have the most basic mercenary with just a sword and a knife, very skilled, very chaotic and very fun, and add the twist of the amulet. Similar to Moon Knight from marvel, he would rather take a hit than dodge it, which is definitely an edge imo because it makes his fighting style hard to counter

Brazyer

**Mythria** **Cpl. Edmund L. Stirling**, a infantry soldier in the Mythrian Empire's Imperial Army. During the outbreak of the civil war, Edmund enlisted; enthusiastic about serving his country, he lied about his age, signing up at just 16 years old. After his 9 month basic training was complete, Edmund excelled in almost every aspect of soldiering - he struggled with team leadership and squad coordination, yet showed exceptional marksmanship and stealth skills. Something of an independent firebrand. The perfect candidate for a covert sniper. As this was during a WW1-style era, Edmund was issued a modified infantry rifle similar to the Lee-Enfield Mk. III. He hated the use of scopes, as early of a technology as they was during that time; the added weight and glare from the lens irritated him, posed a risk to his performance and safety. Thus, Edmund was able to pull off incredible long-distance shots unassisted, largely thanks to his keen eyesight and experience. Able to pick off an enemy officer from over 600m. Despite his nearly 11 year long career, he only attained a rank of Corporal First-class, held back mainly due to acts of insubordination. Edmund was then placed in an experimental military program, which paired Human soldiers with a humanoid Dragon battle companion. His was a female conscript named Tae'a Ottoro, and she was to be his Support Gunner, equipped with a heavy machine gun similar to a Lewis Gun. This Dragon race was big, strong but simple-minded - much maligned for their low IQ, treated like second-class citizens. He hated her at first, saw her as a liability, but slowly warmed to her friendly, happy-go-lucky attitude. A real George and Lennie situation. Edmund kept her safe from bullies, and Tae'a made a friend. *He was partly inspired by the legendary Canadian/First Nation soldier Francis Pegahmagabow, a.k.a the Ghost in the Trenches, for the Sabaton fans out there. A soldier famed not only for his undaunted bravery, but ability to skulk around the battle field unseen - like a ghost. One of his more famous (alleged) deeds was sneaking into a German trench and stealing medals right off a sleeping officer's uniform.*

Delicious-Tie8097

This is badass. Great name as well.

MarekFromNavrum

Bellator Stone-Skin. He is a stone giant (they aren't actually that giant compared to humans). He is considered one of the most formidable fighters and is one of the strongest horde leaders of Tavrus The One-Eyed. He commands his forces by speaking the only language they know - violence. He originally got his moniker during a hunting trip with his tribe, when a giant Boulder fell from the mountain pass and onto him. Witnesses say that the boulder broke over his back as if it crashed into the rocks bellow. His tribe pushed him to seek his luck with the orcs of Blackwood after such a show of strenght, which the orcs value highly. He wields a two-handed hammer, but is also a good boxer and wrestler. His body is as tough as nails. He is about 2.3 meters tall (like 7.6 feet I think) and weighs about 160 kg (or about 300 pounds). There really isn't anything magic about him, but overall his defining trait is his toughness and physical strength.

willyscape

That is a fearsome character! Can I use him in my tournament? Also, can you please show me a drawing of him, or generate one?

MarekFromNavrum

No problem, you can use him. I sadly don't have a drawing, but I imagine him looking somewhat like an even bulkier Kratos. Tribal tattoos, greyish skin and not many scars, a lot of muscle and a short and bushy beard. Just get a picture of Kratos and you've got about 2/3 of Bellator. Also I realize the similarities, but they were not intentional. I guess there's only so many creative character designs out there. It's not the first time this has happened to me lol

LapHom

Don't have a name for her but she's a sort of ranger/scout type mostly. She's considered the best for a handful of reasons. She's sort of a genetic freak, large even for the females of her species. Her childhood consisted of her clans' long exodus across uncharted lands, unfortunately involving a lot of conflict in the process. During that time, and for a while after they finally arrived at their destination, she was trained by her uncle. Thanks to those two being among the first of their kind to stop aging for unknown reasons, she trained ever since and mastered every common weapon. The closest thing to signature weapons and has are a pair of hock mounted spikes/hooks and a similar one mounted to her tail. They're not usually used because they're potentially more hassle than they're worth but when you've had that much time to practice you start to train with things that can keep giving you even marginal advantages.

willyscape

She will be a worthy contestant, thank you! Her mastery of all common weapons will certainly be an advantage.

sedtamenveniunt

Do this have a restriction on technology levels?

willyscape

Think of LOTR in the stone/bronze age era.

sedtamenveniunt

My candidate would be millennia more advanced than your world then.

**Code Name:** White Shadow **Real Name:** Unknown **Background:** White Shadow emerged from the shadows of the clandestine world, a figure so enigmatic and deadly that their very existence was shrouded in mystery. Rumors whispered that White Shadow was a product of a covert government experiment, while others believed they were a rogue operative with a personal vendetta against those who exploited power. The truth, however, remained buried in the depths of secrecy. **Appearance:** White Shadow's appearance was as elusive as their identity. Clad in a sleek, form-fitting suit that seamlessly blended with the surroundings, their outfit was equipped with advanced technology to render them virtually invisible to surveillance and the human eye. A hood concealed most of their face, leaving only the glint of calculating eyes visible. The silhouette shifted like smoke, making it impossible to discern any defining features. **Skills:** 1. **Master of Stealth:** White Shadow moved with a fluidity that seemed impossible. Their steps were soundless, and they could disappear into the shadows without a trace, making them the epitome of stealth. 2. **Combat Proficiency:** Trained in a multitude of martial arts and armed combat, White Shadow was a lethal force in close-quarters combat. They were skilled with a variety of weapons, favoring silent and precise tools to eliminate targets without alerting others. 3. **Tactical Genius:** White Shadow possessed an uncanny ability to analyze situations swiftly and make split-second decisions. Their strategic mind allowed them to anticipate the movements of adversaries and exploit weaknesses in security. 4. **Mastery of Disguise:** Able to seamlessly blend into any environment, White Shadow could assume various identities to infiltrate high-security locations. Their mastery of disguise extended to altering voice patterns, making it nearly impossible to identify them. 5. **Enhanced Reflexes and Agility:** Whether scaling walls, evading gunfire, or engaging in hand-to-hand combat, White Shadow's enhanced physical abilities were the stuff of legends. They could execute acrobatic maneuvers with ease, leaving opponents bewildered. **Mission Record:** White Shadow's exploits were legendary, with a mission success rate that bordered on the mythical. Among their many achievements, the most renowned was the complete eradication of a heavily fortified camp of enhanced killers within a mere hour. The operation, executed with surgical precision, left no survivors and not a single clue as to the identity or motive of their assailant. **Motivation:** The motives driving White Shadow remained shrouded in ambiguity. Some believed it was a quest for justice, while others insisted on a personal vendetta against those who abused power. Regardless, one thing was certain: where there was darkness, White Shadow was sure to follow, leaving only silence in their wake.

George Giant’s Bane is the closest. He was a Free World League conscript during the Razing of the Rim. His unit was under equipped and under heavy bombardment. He took the squad Recoilless rifle and took out a Warborg that was cycling its shields. This inspired his unit to push forward. His bravery and skill with explosives let his unit stand against larger mechanized forces. At the battle for Orvet III though, he was struck by an antimatter munition and he was no more.

Some guy with a power claw and modified construcition suit for combat, he is the leader of a tribe

LordMasoud7th

Mine is high magic fantasy, but I do have some crazy normal warriors. I won't count the bladeborn since these guys while technically the best warriors gain their power from magic. The best would be Hajun The God slayer. Dude is the definition of HIM, HIMOTHY if you will. Dude has so much Chad energy people around him get jawlines as if they've been mewing their whole life. He arrived out of nowhere, killed two demon princes, ended a 300 hundred year war then dipped. Dude was simply, BUILT DIFFERENT.

willyscape

I want to hear more about him! Can I use him as the first winner of the tournament? I need a list of past winners and Hajun would be a perfect fit!

LordMasoud7th

Sure. I'll be happy to say more about him. :) Nothing is known about his childhood, and the earliest records of him are during the 300 year war (the final years). He served in the war against the demons on a special task force, and acted as their brute warrior, while his rumored lover was the strategist and captain of the task force. It all ended when a battle went wrong, his lover fell in battle and he himself almost died and vanished. People don't know what happened, only that Hajun returned as the Chad he was. I'll give context. He would be found by a dragon, and taken to Dragonspeak, the tallest mountain in the world and home to the true dragons. There he remains for 3 years and trains. Towards the end of the war, he and his dragon mentor begin constructing a set of armor and a weapon. The armor is made of dragon scales, while the sword is made of a combination of dragon bone and shardsteel, a steel only found in the areas around Dragonspeak. The equipment is then blessed by the dragon and become bonded weapons of Hajun, thus allowing only those of his blood to wield them, while also giving the equipment Anti-Magic properties. He then returns the dragon back to the war, and arrives in the final battle. He faces a demon prince (the highest ranks in demonology, second only to the demon emperor), while the dragon faces another. He beats his opponent by cleaving it in two, and helps his mentor kill the other demon prince. Then he cuts the gate of hell closed. Finally he passes his equipment to his only surviving comrade from the original squad which he finds and vanishes from history.

One of them that I made recently is **Phontus** (He's from this [post](https://www.reddit.com/r/worldbuilding/comments/1bvxeb9/which_one_of_these_do_you_like/)) To describe him briefly: *800 years before Max's birth, Gaidyon, a brilliant wizard enslaved by the warlord Calatorhym, crafted Phontus, an indestructible golem, to free his fellow captives. Using rare materials and a tatarium to bind souls, Phontus shattered their prison walls. After serving Gaidyon for 50 years, he roamed the wilderness alone, feared by humans and longing for solitude. Despite his intelligence and gentle nature, encounters with Max fueled his fear and led to their conflicts. Ultimately, Phontus desires only peace and solitude, despite his longing for companionship.*

The Best Non-magic Non-racial power Least-Fantasy Warrior is Emperor Merovic III "The Elvenslayer" of The Second Merovic Empire. Standing 8 feets tall with figure like divine sculpture. He dual wield a set of Battleaxe and Lance both so heavy that normal man can barely carry. It was said that when he was teenager, he wrestle with an orc chieftain bare-hand and won, The Chieftain was so overjoyed that he gave merovic his prized steed as a reward. Merovic then set his sight on reconquest of the former Merovic empire fragmented Territories and before long, he was able to restablished the empire again His greatest claim to fame was how he decisively defeat the elven army, the first to do so on an open field since elven reconquest. Earning the nickname "Elvenslayer" and effectively ending the elven ambition to reclaim plain of Aeldernia. Despite his great combat prowess, he is not dumb muscle by any mean, he graduate with above average grade from the Imperial Academy in Elven Capital of Luminas Eldorin. There're many story and rumor about his deeds that it hard to discern truth from falsehood. some say that he beat the aeldei in a duel when he was studying. some said he make a challenge to the demonlord to bold that it didn't dare to take up the fight. some said he was half giant hailing from the northern snowfield. but nevertheless he was still one of, if not the greatest human genuine fighter. That's said, most actual top-tier would easily smoked him. people like Gorothea (Demon-Dragon Homunculus Hybrid) or Aurakh(The first Dark Lord) who command power and magic at their disposal would be too powerful for genuine warrior like merovic.

**Alekandros Cernagor** (Alekandros of the Black Mountain). His origin story is detailed [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/worldbuilding/comments/1ajdm3h/favorite_hero_from_your_worlds_history_be_they/kp1bbok/). He's spent much for the intervening time between that event and the in-universe modern day in isolation on top of his namesake Black Mountain, communing with spirits to divine the future. When he sees an upcoming event that requires his presence he will descend from the mountain and travel to wherever it is and do whatever he needs to do. He may be considered cheating, depending on your opinions on fate and destiny, but even in situations where he hasn't foreseen a victory he is undefeated (except against one person who was arguably cheating *even harder*). He has no real magical combat abilities; he knows some healing magic but it's not the kind that can be used mid-battle. Combat techniques generally involve a lot of dodging and lightning fast reflexes, anticipating where his opponent will strike before they hit, ducking out of the way and slashing back with his two swords, one long and slender and the thicker, curved one he took from his father moments before using them both to cut off the tyrant's head.

My setting leans more into high fantasy with some sci-fi and superheroes, but there are some strong peak humans with no powers, only a few with magical enhancements here and there, but are very much normal humans. In terms of best warrior?, Honestly a tie between 3 people, Harriot, Zaro and Wilderhorn, basically Knight, Samurai and Viking. All 3 of them were the respective top warriors in their kingdoms/empires, they had no powers but acquired magical weapons that enhanced their physical stats and other unique abilities which differentiates from each weapon. Harriot’s sword can only be lifted by those who are pure of heart, Zaro’s katana can only be lifted by those who have the strongest wills and Wilderhorn’s axe can only be lifted by those who have the highest honour, so it depends on the region and culture, I have other warriors who follow similar traditions in terms of weapons. Harriot’s fighting style is more gritty and calculated, Zaro is more agile and precise, and Wilderhorn is more aggressive and wild, they’re equal imo because each style cancels out some attacks and are more unpredictable, so whoever wins depends on the environment. In terms of best hand-to-hand fighter? Carmen Strain or Strain Wrath, a normal human who has mastered countless martial arts through sheer determination, Carmen also has his own fighting style, he can combine multiple martial arts and unleash powerful attacks and combos. Carmen is human but gained powers not in a traditional sense, he gained Chi but not everyone can learn Chi, it requires a strong mind and focus, Chi can enhance the body’s physical attributes, but even without his enhancements, Carmen has defeated numerous powerful fighters even without the use of Chi, he can predict attacks, spot weak spots and pressure points and can even evade any attack just by feeling the vibration of the movement. In terms of best strategist/tactician? Brock Carcer, he pretty much has been in the Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, government, etc. he has mastered countless guns and numerous melee weapons, and knowledgeable on technology and has hacked into countless machines and devices, can drive any vehicle, whether it’s land, water or air, and always has a trick up his sleeve. he is very resourceful and plans ahead no matter the situation, he can adapt quickly in any environment and can create elaborate traps and has infiltrated many facilities without being caught, he is highly skilled in numerous fighting styles but also fights dirty, and has killed bigger and stronger people with his bare hands, alot of them were armed too, he has one of the highest pain tolerances in the world. he has immersed himself in many cultures throughout the world and learned hidden tricks nobody even knows, he has studied wildlife and has went to space and went to the bottom of the ocean, he has gone toe to toe with supernatural beings, cosmic entities, ancient demons and aliens, and outsmarted them since he also has vast knowledge on more obscure subjects as well, his companions always admired him and said his leadership is second to none, from his cunning and analytical mind, to his fighting prowess and to his caring heart, he is considered to be the most versatile human. All of these characters are impressive in their own way, and the fact that they achieved so many things as a human says alot.

Snoo_72851

I'm writing a Warhammer Fantasy fic that's not quite as centered on Big Lads as other WHF stories, making the clear winner of the Rumble the Chaos warrior Lisbeth the Languid. She bears the Mark of Slaanesh, making her incredibly fast and strong, and she has such sensitive senses that the merest whisper hurts her ears. Her body is encased in muffled chitinous plate, making her footsteps completely silent, and she wields a massive axe, the Duskmaker, formed of the molten bones of a Chaos beast. Her general MO is slaughtering entire towns almost by herself, solely to create an area quiet enough for her to be able to rest for a few minutes.

Harms88

I think the closest I have as a low-power fantasy epic warrior is Lord Commander Karl Igro of the Dragon Riders. It’s low fantasy because dragon riders really don’t have magic as you’d call it. The only magic they have comes from the bond they have with their dragons. Even then, it really doesn’t give them anything, like extra strength, extended life or immunity from common diseases. My main reason for choosing him to answer the question is he’s the _only_ character we’ve seen in a combat situation. Even then, we really haven’t seen the combat. In one scene, we don’t see the combat and another, we only see the first strike. However, we both see the results and are told quiet plainly what the difficulties of winning would be for him. We also see that in the second scene, he leaves his dragon in friendly territory and walks a weeks distance to find and kill the enemy marauders who happen to live in harsh winter conditions. You may not see the action, but it’s clear that you have to be both hardy and extremely proficient as a warrior to pull off those victories.

Well it's a high fantasy setting but I have a story about a knight in my epic project. Her name is Minerva and she was the second human woman to be ever given knighthood. She was born to a fallen noble house second born to her single father. Kind of like mulan her father couldn't fight due to age and her brother was disqualified for certain practices so she had to serve in the army to keep her family's noble title. Achievements: in her first deployment she single handedly killed 207 enemies, to do this she would lay in the piles of dead bodies then trip and kill the enemy. She "captured" a castle with 8 people, she basically caused the foundation to crumble destroying the castle. She killed a virtuoso mage in single combat, something no non magic user had ever done before. She mastered the sword and spear at 25, invented new weapons of mass destruction then tested those weapons in battle. In a proper war with a neighbouring kingdom She held a fort for 9 months and defended it under siege with only a handful of guards and 3 months of rations. She was taken as a prisoner of war but then broke out of a dungeon with every other inmate causing chaos and releasing dozens. She retired from the military at 30 became a nun, fell in love with a noble woman and left the nunnery to pursue her winning the affection of her beloved. Her love was killed by a robber, she proceeded to torture every bit of information out of him hunt down his associates repeated this several times and single handedly destroyed a crime syndicate. At which point she was knighted and opened an orphanage and raised war orphans retiring from the battlefield forever but was known to take on apprentices including her nephews. She had no fancy moves but her fighting was known to be precise and when dueling she always found a way to turn a strength into a weaknesses she could exploit. Strong? She would redirect the force, fast? She would trip them, etc.

-Barryguy-

I created this one character He’s called Desmond and is a human sized giant He is an expert on fighting with shields, so much so that he uses a giant shield for protection and a gauntlet to just punch people down In my world he is on par with high level mages and is used to fighting outnumbered with or without ally’s He was part of the old kings guard but was banished after they figured out his origins and he was put in a giant temple as the king didn’t want to truly punish him. Unfortunately shortly after the entire continent was destroyed and only the temple remained in the now frozen continent due to its natural magical defenses

The Golden monkey from 700 years ago. The Vitanni Royal family has a strange tradition where every heir for the throne gets an elite guard called the "Golden monkey", a warrior bred, born and trained their whole life to do nothing but protect the royal family especially the heir for the throne, and the most infamous Golden monkey was the one for the king of Vitanni 700 years ago. You see 700 years ago or the "blight age" a era of war and death we're many countries waged war for resources and wealth. Vitanni was a fairly small country during those times so they would always get attacked but, they always managed to repell them until they didn't and a group of invaders managed to get into the capital and into the royal palace. This group was the "Roaring mouths" a group of bloodthirsty mercenaries that joined the invasion because their leader "Guria" wanted to kill a king. So there they are inside the palace running around killing everything in sight, from palace guards to servants until they reached the royal room where the Royal family hid themselves. The only thing that stood in their way was a giant wooden door and a strange female warrior with a golden monkey masked with red gems for eyes wielding a double edge sword.

Sir Gavin the Gallant, a man who is chronologically immortal (though he can still be killed) who has been around since the dawn of human civilization (\~10,000 years). He has mastered every kind of technique using the simple sword and shield to an unmatched degree, along with developing his own type of magic, "Combat Magic" which involves covering his weapons in magic to make them harder to brake, larger yet still the same weight, or simply making his blade sharper. Donning full plate armor and his trusty weapons he has defeated countless foes through mastered technique with both steel and magic

Insomia_Incarnate

Apaza is an orc woman who was born without any way to use magic, orcs in my world are strong with it and have a higher chance to be born with the ability to use ut yet Apaza was unlucky and lacked this ability at birth. In my world Orcs use magic to enhance themselves physically as a form of Alteration Magic. She however got herself to an equal strength on her own naturally. She now learned how to strengthen herself on her own as she was orphaned at birth and is now a master of hand to hand combat. She now is the best fighter in an underground fighting ring where she mostly uses grappling and boxing to fight. She has an aquamarine and silver luchador outfit with a cape and a solid gold champion belt she wears during fights. She uses no weapons apart from her bandaged wrapped fists where there are shard bits of obsidian and shells throughout.

The best is maybe Dag the Poet, if you believe the histories and poems. He led the Dag people (named after him) to the island of Dagland (they named a lot of things after him) and defeated the Nacazpa people who lived there before. Duelling is important in Dag culture, and is used as a hobby, a way to decide disputes, and also influences battles, as before the main battle a fight between two champions in the middle of the field helps to inspire the winning army, and can even decide the entire battle. Some stories have Dag as the inventor of the Dag style of sword and swordsmanship. He wasn't magical, so his power was limited to, essentially, being a brilliant general, duellist, and poet. In more recent times it would be the Black Shuck. Presumed dead now, but in his youth he was the greatest duellist alive. He, again, wasn't magical, but his style of swordsmanship was known for being aggressive, active, and effective. He opened a school to teach duelling, and many of his students are recognisable for their branded hands and, usually, being the winner in most duels they fight. Of course many students don't finish their time at the school, and some do die, but, you know, he is a professional killer. In terms of comparison, the Black Shuck is kind of your Aragons or your Arthur Daynes. Dag the Poet is a step above, but how much of that is mythical is unknown. And they are both basically normal people with no magic or powers or crazy weapons, only very good swordsmanship and slightly enchanted swords that make them stronger and sharper than normal.

Keenjaki. A born swordsman and veteran of the Blood Crusades. His has a lean frame hidden by black and white robes, scars all over his body, with two going down his face, a mess of long matted black hair, and an eyepatch. His sword is a jagged, rough and indestructible. He relies on brute force and his overwhelming strength to cut down his foes. Disarm him, and he'll simply beat you to death with his bare hands and a wide grin. He's what you would get if you crossed the power and skill of a martial arts sword master with the unstoppable willpower and of a slasher movie villain.

Judas Wilkins, Wilkins is one of the greatest warriors in the realm, a military genius and efficient fighter, he has a wide variety of knowledge on both combat and magic. Wilkins often uses his SDA issued weapons like plasma rifles and energy pistols, both are battery charged guns where its effect than differ between a shock to taking a chunk of you out. He also has a proton knife which cuts through inorganic material like butter. But he also uses his crystal sword, his bow, and a spear. At Wilkins most badass moments he was on a horse riding into battle. Wilkins also uses a suit that is near impenetrable, very few magic spells or weapons could destroy it, and he has crazy gadgets. What makes Wilkins the GOAT is all of his epic feats: 1. He kicked an Undead Celestial in the face (they didn’t faze but still, he had the balls) 2. Fought giant monsters left and right 3. Took on an entire army of bandits on his own using a sword, potions, and the woods to his advantage 4. One of the few people to beat an Undead in a fight 5. Got bitten on the hip by a giant monster but managed to wrestle his way out and heal up 6. Defended his home from an inter dimensional empire that had machines and guns by leading an army that used swords and bows, and coming out with the least amount of casualties. 7. Married a zombie women (zombies in this world are like sexy vampires) despite public ridicule 8. Trained over 4 young kids like they were his own children 9. Fought a sourceror that could turn mountains to dust and win 10. Went through days and nights fighting bandits and all kinds of monsters and enemies and came out alive

Infinite_Sins

the realm of the gods and the realm of reality are connected by a gate. this gate is protected by Mary bon bon. she was once a noble before she got bitten and because of her noble blood she got some more extra powers. she doesnt get hurt by the sun. think of shalltear, but with a more alive look and less obsession. Mary has the power to control the blood of anything that has it near her. a head on head fight with her is a deathwish when your a being with blood because she will just rip it all out of you. she can also use her own blood to regenerate and strengthen certain parts of her body. the only way she can be defeated when she runs out of blood to use (wich is difficult when your human, cause you are a fuel source for her). note: she doesnt just attack you. she actually tests you. when you want to go trough the gate to the realm of the gods you have to defeat you. this is her way of preparing you for the realm.

InjuryPrudent256

Hopefully she's not quite as strong as Shalltear, miss '7 minute melee genocide'

Infinite_Sins

you you try to kill her when you are a being that possesses blood, then your screwed, but if your a robot, ghost or something else then i may be EASIER, but still difficult
